The hotel

Lying on a beautiful, long stretch of private beach, the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa sits within 400 lush acres and is home to an 18th-century sugar plantation. A popular feature here is the iconic swimming pool but guests (kids' especially) also love the Sugar Mill Falls Waterpark, which is the largest in Jamaica. Why not grab a tube and float down the ‘lazy river’ or try one of the slides. There’s also a daily kids' club, leaving you with time to recharge in the full-service spa, or why not try out the Championship golf course. A variety of restaurant options with fine dining and sophisticated wine lists are on-site, with the newly renovated Rum Factory a particular hit, as is the Three Palms, overlooking the beautifully landscaped golf course.

495 rmodern rooms and suites on 7 floors in 2 buildings with 4 lifts. All with private balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, small fridge (stocked on request), safe, cot* (on request), iron and board and hairdryer. Resort View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All Inclusive of: all meals and snacks. Locally branded and premium drinks by the glass. All activities and entertainment (excluding golf and motorised water sports) unless otherwise stated.

Partial Ocean View Rooms offer pool and ocean views on the lower floors and partial ocean and mountain views on the higher floors with either a balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Front Rooms offer great sea views from your balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Loved everything about the resort but without the hard working staff it wouldn’t have been so much fun, each individual did their best to in ensuring that our time was grand. Loved everything about the resort but without the hard working staff it wouldn’t have been so much fun, each individual did their best to in ensuring that our time was grand. The check- in process was smooth when we arrived we came across Dennis such a polite young man, so helpful and friendly, the room we got was great tremendous beach view, food tasty, met the funniest chef at breakfast who did our eggs Sylvester ensure our eggs was well done. The entertainment was just what we were looking for, filled with enthusiasm both day and night, great for families , Oshane who’s apart of the entertainment team added life to the party each day very good at what he does as a matter of fact very funny, resort have a lot to offer there’s a waterpark/lazy river, I honestly will recommend this resort to friends and family. I booked an Ocean Front room and was extremely disappointed. The bathroom was tiny and had a dingy shower curtain but the online pictures show glass shower doors. I booked an Ocean Front room and was extremely disappointed. The bathroom was tiny and had a dingy shower curtain but the online pictures show glass shower doors. The bathroom door did not open all the way as the toilet was in the way. Cats made a mess on my back patio and it took a hours and repeated requests to get someone to clean. I booked ATV/horseback riding which forgot to pick us up and when they finally did it took over 3 1/2 hours to get there. They should have mentioned the amount of time it actually takes to get to the excursion. Definitely won’t go back. Read less

I had an amazing time at this resort. The night show with Shelly and team was off da chains… lol .. the show was amazing and it made the experience a memorable one and I definitely would return to this resort. Peeps.. if you don’t know let me tell you this resort is the sheesh!

I had my wedding at the Hilton Rose in Nov 2023, it was the best experience we could have asked for. First, Vanassa McIntosh is the best coordinator. She made my whole wedding planning experience easy and seamless especially not being in the same country. She made sure I had everything I dreamed of, she was attentive, sweet and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. All the staff from concierge, bell hops, all the bartenders, made sure we were always taken care of. We had around 120 people come to the resort and everyone had a fabulous time. If there were any issues, the staff handled them in a timely manner and Vanassa made sure all was taken care of. I can't say enough great things about our whole week and wedding experience. Nakeiliah Allen-Bennett also deserves a shoutout because between her and Vanassa, I was one happy bride. If you are thinking about having your wedding there or even just going on vacation, definitely go! The water slide is also a great perk in addition to all of the fun activities they had around the resort! Huge thank you and we love you to all of the resort staff and especially our girl Vanassa!
