522 rooms and suites. The Great House and Butler Villas are located on the hillside of St. Ann Mountains, perfect for a more private romantic setting. Guests can use the complimentary shuttle service to the Riviera Seaside and Ochi Beach Club which is located across the road and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and facilities.

We stayed in a butler suite in the great house. Peta was helpful as our butler but we probably did not need them. The food was okay and the entertainment was hit or miss. Eight people is to many and the crew was okay. Someone got sea sick and they did not seem to care. Had great time on Dunn River tour. This place was very outdated. The decor of the main buildings, restaurants and rooms need updating to give you that "wow" feeling when you arrive. Entertainment was not amazing especially at the main pool. When I say "nothing going on ALL WEEK", there was nothing going on except the same remix of music from a DJ who was not very interactive with the people, or maybe water volleyball if you could get enough people to play or the net wasn't broken. Most boring resort pool I've ever experienced. Also, the pool bar servers seemed annoyed and bothered by making you drinks. They were not fun nor did they treat you with any kind of hospitality, AND we tipped our servers daily, regardless. Wait.... SHOUT OUT to Martin! We did not enjoy the dining/food. Very limited menu and if you didn't like your first choice we found the other 3 or 4 options were not appetizing. There was no major buffet area to go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner and in between meals. We are used to buffets at resorts that are open from 7am-late night. Buffets with different themes daily and choices and varieties of every course of a typical meal. The breakfast buffet was ok but it got old quick with the same choices everyday. The snack shacks by the pool were mediocre. The "jerk chicken" shack was good. My pizza order was forgotten on our first full day there...I waited and hour for it before inquiring and my chicken caesar salad was warm with wilted, soggy lettuce, soft croutons and 3 small pieces of chicken. The deterred us from getting food there often. We ordered wine one night before our dinner and waited over an hour. When I called to check I was told someone would bring it soon. I asked to make sure it was cold at this point and was told "that would be a challenge". If you don't like cats or are allergic.... don't go there. They are EVERYWHERE looking for food. I cannot recommend this resort - nor will I go back. Read less

Amazing resort with phenomenal butlers, Moria & Natalie. These ladies were professional and worked tirelessly to ensure we had what we needed. The pools were beautiful and our cabana butlers, Sheldon & Neil, were energetic and kind.

They looked at me like I had 2 heads. Bottom line - nothing was done. I pushed on it and they wanted to put me on a lower level room than I had paid for. Also found others with exactly the same issue here on their honeymoon. And they got the same response recommending a lower level room. Seriously: AVOID AT ALL COST! Read less

Our stay at Sandals was perfect. We appreciated how staff went out of their way to accommodate every request. Food was fantastic and there was a good selection of drinks. The beach was not the best as this resort is on the north coast where the water is a bit rougher. Overall, our stay was totally enjoyable.
