It’s a budget hotel. On the plus side our semidetached bungalow was spacious, newly renovated and spotlessly clean. the large bed was comfortable. The kitchen equipment is basic . The reception staff are very friendly and the pool is good to swim in. The downside for us was that the air con (which is only in the bedroom) was inadequate, it’s set at 27 degrees and can’t be altered. that’s not cool enough as the nights are hot. The fan in the living/dining/ kitchen was weak, it was too hot to sit inside. There is no fan on the terrace. Our main complaint is the music blasting out by the pool - on 2 mornings it was gospel music and during the daily happy hour (4 to 6pm) it was a disco/reggae mashup. It was turned down at other times. The bar is basic and badly lit, the rum punch weak ! Having said all that there were some very happy customers staying there so we fully accept that it is paradise for some, just not for us ! Read less

The reason I'd prefer people not to see my review is that the resort will become so busy we won't get a chance of a room in future. What a lovely place - and staff too! I have to admit that we were a little apprehensive when booking the resort at such a competitive price - were we going to have noisy beer-swilling neighbours etc? We were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet and peaceful it was and each day became more like paradise. We have stayed on the West Coast eight times, in self catering and all inclusive and the Resort was just brilliant. Lovely sized pool, and just a great outlook from our room. It was handy having the restaurant on site which we used twice. We didn't use the shuttle bus as we were perfectly happy sauntering into Holetown via the quiet back roads and using a handy cut-through off Cherry Avenue straight to the rear of Massy's. The aircon in the bedroom was really good and all utensils were provided. One thing to bear in mind is that All Inclusive is great in that you can eat/drink all you want but then you're reluctant to eat/drink anywhere else because why pay elsewhere when you can get in free? - but - this means you never get to try any of the wonderful other places right on your doorstep. We ate two home "cooked" meals and also at Zaccio's, Surfside, Carizma, Lone Star, Drift and Asian Spice (on site and wonderful food). Also Little Bristol in Speightstown was great for lunch. Overall we calculated we'd spent no more than we would've done with All-Inc yet enjoyed such a variety of places. You can tell that Soni the owner is immensely proud of her resort and deservedly so. We will be returning to this resort in December possibly for ten days this time. Read less

However, the wonderful staff at the hotel made sure we all got something very nice to eat! This is a fantastic hotel and real value for money, the rooms/bungalows are pristine clean and spotless. The staff are very warm and friendly but the people of Barbados are anyway. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Holetown but within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is centred around a lovely lawned area with coconut trees etc. I couldn’t fault anything about the hotel or its staff. My family and I had the best holiday ever there and I thoroughly recommend, 10 out of 10! Thank you for everything All Seasons Europa Hotel and staff! We miss you xxx Read less
