Image of the Tripadvisor rating 3.5 Stars All Inclusive Resort. Excellent and Very Friendly Staffs, but Room quality is bad and Food is Above Average.

Overall I think this is a 3.5 to 4.0 stars all inclusive resort. Excellent and Very Friendly Staffs, but Room quality is bad and Food is Above Average. The property size is not big and it may not provide enough activities for longer stay.

Hotel is showing it's age. Our room was in a good location and we loved the pool. Pool entertainment was entertaining. AC in my room did not work for a few days and the AC in couple of the restaurants were not working. Humidity made it uncomfortable for dining. Pool and beach service was spot on. It was still a nice stay.

The adult area was perfect for relaxing away from crowds and noise and the guys waiting on you in that area were the best. My only wish was that there were more choices for outside seating in the restaurants. Our room wasn’t the best but we grew to love our quiet, tropical view away from the busy flow of the main areas in the resort. Ideal place to go back to with kids. Something for everyone. And not a super big campus. The intimacy of it was so nice. Decent beach and lots of palm trees and cabanas around the pool unlike some of the bigger resorts that were mostly concrete and lounge chairs. Read less

Beach : Not good, not the right resort for you. Good to tan on the beach or take a walk but not good to go in the water. You’ll step on plenty of sharp rocks and hard to enjoy. You’ll have to walk over 15ft of rocks to get to a smooth part; once you are there it’s still shallow and decent. Don’t give up just keep walking. Also a lot of seaweed… Read more

You’ll have to walk over 15ft of rocks to get to a smooth part; once you are there it’s still shallow and decent. Don’t give up just keep walking. Also a lot of seaweed (could be for the time of the year). Overall not good. Pool: Great! Huge beautiful pool with good entertainment and access to bars. Food: Buffet + pool side grill good but restaurants below average. Usually it’s the other way around and I can’t wait for supper to get some good food. We were 8 people and it also depends on what you order (some things were decent at the restaurants). Location: Bad. Close to airport which is good but forget going to Playa del Carmen or Cancun for the day. They’ll charge you an arm and a leg. You are stuck at the resort. Service: Good. Staff all very attentive for food and drinks and proactive for entertainment. Service at the evening restaurants were slow. I think you’re better off in Cancun or Playa del Carmen in my opinion. This resort wasn’t bad: I had a nice time and overall good experience, but I wouldn’t go back. It’s too expensive for what it is. Read less
