Read more couple of days while in transit to other places as it is only 10 minutes from the airport. A taxi to the Dubai mall was only 25 Dirhams and to Dubai Beach 50 Dirhams ie Â£5 and Â£10. The pool area is large with an impressive pool set in landscaped gardens and though it was busy we always got chairs. Expect to pay Â£8 for a pint or glass of wine so if you like a bevy stick to The Costa Brava. The rooms were large and spotless, the staff friendly and very efficient and I could find no faults at all with the Grand Hyatt. Read less
After 6 years of attending the ANZAC Black and Gold Ball at the Grand Hyatt hotel, decided to stay the night for the event. Please to say we were not disappointed with the professional service... Read more , friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff. Similar to how grand the Baniyas Ballroom is, the rooms are the same in style and amenities. No doubt we will do the same for any event we attend at the Grand Hyatt hotel. Read less

Read more infrastructure. While it does not lack any amenity, their greatest asset is their staff. From the doorway to the Grand Club, service levels are consistent and top notch. It is my first choice for business and family trips that are very frequent in the city of Dubai. Read less
