Stay in the heart of the excitement at Universal Orlando Resort

When the day finally arrives to book your exciting holiday to Universal Orlando Resort™, you might be left wondering where the best place to stay is.

The great news is we’ve got that covered. Because Universal Orlando Resort™ has FIVE spectacular hotels all located within minutes of its jaw-dropping theme parks.  So you can kick back and enjoy your home-from-home in between all those amazing attractions.

Universal Orlando™ Hotels have something for everyone

You’ll find a variety of accommodation to suit every budget and taste. Across the five properties, you will find a range great value family-friendly suites to opulent resorts offering a slice of luxury.

For families in search of great value, the vibrant Cabana Bay Beach Resort is the number one choice. Their family suites sleep up to six and guests can enjoy two huge swimming pools, water slides and a fantastic retro setting. The kids will also love the onsite games room and 10-pin bowling alley.

Loews Sapphire Falls is a sleek, Caribbean-inspired hotel that opened in 2016. With landscaped gardens, chic cabanas and cascading waterfalls, it transports you right into the tropics.

Families and couples will love the paradise setting of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort – an oasis of orchid-filled landscape and lagoon-like pools. Every interest and taste is catered for with celebrity chef dining, room service and access to nearby golf courses.

Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is in our Platinum Collection and wows every guest with its recreation of Italy’s Portofino. You’ll also find an array of luxuries including the relaxing Mandara Spa®. With the hotel’s picturesque harbour and cobblestone streets, you really will feel like you’ve stumbled upon an Italian village!

Finally, we have The Hard Rock Hotel®, which gives your holiday a sprinkling of rock star quality. Guests who stay here can enjoy all the frills with top-notch dining and plenty of rock-star memorabilia.

They put you close to the attractions

There are so many benefits of staying in a Universal Orlando™ Hotel. Lots of families choose these hotels because it’s so easy to reach Universal’s key attractions.

If you stay at Loews Sapphire Falls, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel or The Hard Rock Hotel®, you can reach Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ via complimentary water taxis that run regularly from each hotel. Some of the hotels, such as Loews Sapphire Falls, even have guided footpaths leading you straight to the theme parks.

If you like to pair those high-speed coasters with some watery fun, check out Cabana Bay. Guests who stay in this hotel can reach the theme parks via a free shuttle bus – plus they’ll be a short walk away from Universal’s Volcano Bay™ - a brand new water theme park opening in 2017!

Hotel guests enjoy exclusive benefits

Harry Potter™ fans will be especially pleased to hear that Universal Orlando™ Hotels grant their guests Early Park Admission† to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ ONE HOUR before the park opens. So you can be one of the first to pick up your magic wand in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley™. And you can be the first to swoop above the amazing Hogwarts™ castle at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade™. How’s that for VIP treatment?

One of the most exclusive on-site is a FREE Universal Express Unlimited pass for guests staying at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel.  This means you can skip the regular theme park queues! By reducing your waiting time for the attractions, you’ll be able to pack even more excitement into your day.

Enjoy the best dining & events

Universal Orlando™ Hotels are renowned for their world-class amenities, and that includes unbeatable dining with all sorts of exciting events.

Many hotels feature different restaurants, coffee shops and lounges, so guests can choose from a variety of cuisines, all under one roof.

The Hard Rock Hotel® offers dining with attitude across its steakhouse, restaurant, cocktail bars and beach club. And the Royal Pacific Resort offers everything from sushi and cocktails to authentic Polynesian cuisine.

As Universal Orlando™ Hotels are in the heart of all the excitement, you are just a hop, skip and a jump away from Universal CityWalk™ - a dining and entertainment hub located next to both theme parks.

Then when it’s time to head home, remember - your Universal Orlando™ Hotel is only a short walk or shuttle bus ride away.

A fun-filled, hassle-free holiday guaranteed.

How would you like to talk to us?

With many customers needing our help, we are prioritising those customers due to travel before 31 December 2020. Log in to Manage my booking where you can message us about your options or you can give us a call. Bear in mind you may have to wait longer than expected. We continue to review this and working to open up these options to more customers. In the meantime check out our FAQs to see if this can help answer any immediate questions.

Stay tuned for the latest updates

Rest assured; we will notify you as soon as we know if your holiday has been affected by email.

Payment flexibility

Don’t worry if you’ve missed a payment or just need a little more time to pay; we have options available to help you. If your holiday is going ahead as planned, you can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. If you’re unsure, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel by requesting a call back in Manage My booking for one of our team to look at options. If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking.

We're flexible with your holiday plans

We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility.

We'll be in touch by email letting you know how to register to change your holiday plans. You can also log into Manage my booking to find the details there.

Please look out for emails from us or visit our dedicated Covid-19 (Coronavirus) page for the latest updates.

You're holiday is going ahead as planned

If we haven’t notified you of any changes, your holiday will be going ahead as planned but if you prefer to move your holiday to a later time we can help. You can call our team on 0344 472 9499 who can look at options for you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.

We'll be in touch soon

To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.

I returned early from holiday and have further questions?

You can contact our team by emailing to discuss options on unused portions of your holiday. If you need to contact our team about amending an existing holiday or requesting a refund please log in to manage my booking.
