Over all one of our most memorable trip. Thank you to each one at JW i recommend book an all inclusive package as property as there are 4 different restaurants within the property and you cannot miss the fine dining experience of each one of them. Amazing. We have stayed in many 5 star resorts including the Andaman in Langkawi and JW measures up to all. Deluxe Pool access room myself, my husband and 8 year old - perfect. Food and drink great and staff beautiful. Will be back and can’t wait.

Spent 8 glorious days at this stunning resort. It is super spacious, with well manicured gardens and the largest swimming pool in this region. Heard it takes about 1.8km to swim a loop! Airport Transfer Pick up was easy. Welcoming porter spoke good English and was super pleasant. The driver was safe and provided an enormous minibus for us 4! A 12-seater mini bus just for us. Trip was 1 hour and 15 min with not much traffic even at lunch time. Check In Warmly greeted at the front reception with welcome drinks. Was taken to the very spacious family pool access room. This room is so huge, it can fit a king bed, 2 kids single beds and even a proper sized day bed! Generous with toiletries and room was tastefully decorated with good fixtures and fittings. We also had a Vera fan with two lounges and it connects to the pool. Couldn’t be happier! Definitely get a pool access room! Waterfront restaurant Pleasant view of the beach and stunning sunsets. During this low season, it was the only proper restaurant that served lunch, although you can also eat at the beach bar and pool bar. Pailin was the BEST wait staff in the whole resort. Her warm, pleasant and genuine smile brightens anyone’s day. Her attention to detail and proactive as to seeing to all your needs before you can even ask. Now that’s service! Food was reasonably good but I wouldn’t say amazing. Buffet breakfast is also served here and the spread is great! Something for everyone - Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, American and Continental. The best crispy bacon! Even the pastries were all very well made. Olive restaurant The best BBQ buffet we’ve ever had. The meats and seafood were divine! Chef Enzo and Silvano were so friendly and so talented! Sakura restaurant Chef Ter was wonderful! He really made an effort to entertain us and especially our kids with fun and funny tricks! Very engaging and awesome personality! Anne provided excellent service. The tenderloin steak was lovely and the Yakitori chicken was beautifully smoked. Thai Restaurant Great quality food and be careful to ask for less chilli if you cant take spice. (I can eat spicy though it was sometimes a little too spicy even for me!) The fried fish was awesome! Entertainment Fire show was fantastic! Loved watching it even twice in the week! The traditional dancers were lovely. The singing duo were so very excellent - great voices and great song selection. We loved them! Kids Kids had marshmallow bonfires by the beach each night! Kids club was warm and had good activities for kids of all ages, even tweens were accommodated with PlayStation and movie area. Quan Spa Clean, inviting and lovely. Ying and Ya were excellent. Had Indian head massage and Thai massage. Pool Huge huge huge! Different depths and always had sunshine and shade at any time coz it’s so huge! A joy to swim daily. Pool bar was okay. What can I say? I really loved the resort. Only downside is that it’s not walking distance to anywhere (5min taxi to shops/Cafes). There was a casual cafe, casual massage and taxi stand at the extreme left of the beach area. That’s about it. Only improvement is the beach bar service - not attentive and food service was slow. We’d happily come back! Read less

I love this resort .. I would certainly come here again and again ... however there are two serious issues... 1. No health faucet .. I mean we are in an Asian country we all use water to clean our asses and not Toilet paper .. which is unhygienic and not green at all . 2. Our rooms do not have a cover on the balcony so if it rains you can't sit… Read more
