Honestly, pictures shown on the website are 10000% misleading. The pool was beyond small- people were crazy getting up at 530am to reserve a seat by the pool and on top of it the pool was so small with all the kids splashing I dont know why anyone would even want to sit by the pool. The beach was decent though & not over crowded- probably the only plus to being further from the strip. The room was TERRIBLE. Walls are paper thin- Absolutely no privacy, I really enjoyed listening to the screaming and crying of our neighbor who just didnt understand why her nudes werent sending. Management did however act quickly to the noiscomplaints which was nice but if walls were thicker maybe there wouldnt be so many. There was black all over the vents that I attempted wiping down and It wouldn’t come off then I had an allergic reaction to something in the room, mold, pet dander? Who knows but it was so bad we could not stay there. We ended up having to leave after the first night because I honestly could not breathe or see. My eyes were completely blood shot and watering and my asthma from whatever i was allergic to in that room was debilitating. I cannot believe the amount of money the rooms were for how little you get. Told our travel agent never to recommend this place & spoke to several other guests who couldnt wait to get out but couldnt find somewhere else to stay. We were lucky enough to be able to leave. Luckily due to my allergic reaction being so terrible we were completely refunded for 3 of the 4 nights when we checked out after the 1st night. Honestly only gave 2 stars because of the fact they did refund us for the nights we left and the management were quick to respond to the noise complaints and the beach was nice. Rooms, pool & atmosphere need a big upgrade however. Read less

Can’t believe the reviews of this place, as our experience was terrible. Never have I ever stayed in a hotel and gotten the worst room in the place! Even being a Bonvoy member! Can’t believe the reviews of this place, as our experience was terrible. Never have I ever stayed in a hotel and gotten the worst room in the place! Even being a Bonvoy member! When I had called and made my reservation, I immediately asked for an upgrade, a king bed, and ocean view. We were here for a wedding, so beware if you are considering this location-they give you the worst rooms on the property overlooking an unusable rooftop. Staff was not accommodating to our group of @ 25 people when we had a rainy day and wanted to pay for a ballroom or unused restaurant for an afternoon. Instead-the restaurant manager directed us to a nearby restaurant Brown Boxer-which was very accommodating and gave us 20% off our $800 food and beverage bill. This place is in need of a remodel and bigger pool area. Needs more loungers poolside, and a beach bar would be nice, as it’s a hike to get to the pool bar from the beach. The pool area allows for people to reserve a spot with a towel, so plan on getting down there at the crack of dawn if you plan to hang at the pool! Chairs and cabanas are $35 a day per chair which is the highest we have ever paid for a spot on the beach. Never been so happy to leave a hotel in my life!! Read less

Due to COVID, we had to travel in the United States. After a VERY stressful go round with Apple Vacations, our travel agen get us booked here. Since this was not an all-Inclusive (like we go to in Mexico) we had to pay out of pocket for many things. Thus we ended up spending more than when we would usually to Mexico. We were give some vouchers for breakfast, however the buffet they had was the same everyday and was SUPER limited in what they offered. We ate away from the hotel at local places, far better fare and prices. Some of the staff were courteous and helpful, many others it was like we were a burden to them. We had to beg for new towels and our room wasn't cleaned until our fourth day. The beach was nice and the guys who ran the cabana rentals were outstanding! The pool area was way to small for the number of guests present. It should be noted that this hotel more than likely caters to small conferences rather than vacationers. This really shows with their service. In reading several other reviews, it would appear that our experience was like many others. You would think that a place that is famous for the Jim Bakker affair (Room 526) would be nicer. Read less

Hotel was nice and clean. The only thing that was annoying was that there is no housekeeping- so as a family of 4 we had to keep asking for bath towels. Staff was very friendly. Also wish there was a couple More places to eat- the pool restaurant closes at 3:00 which isn’t really a good time.

The pictures of the "resort" were amazing....and then you get here. The pool is much smaller, the restaurant looks and feels like a basement cafeteria. Not impressed. Honestly kind of bitter over the false advertising. Staff is very friendly though...that's about all it has going for it. Not coming back.
