Report was perfect... from Sade at the front desk, to the room and restaurants, the bard and all staff , it was a really pleasurable experience. The beach was beautiful too. So much to dot there, or just do nothing. Can’t recommend this resort enough!!!!!!!

Can’t say enough good about this resort. Love the layout of the resort and the rooms themselves. Clean and not outdated soggy couches like some on this strip. RunFish is smaller than its sister resort 2 doors down, so this one is more my preference. I’ve been there solo and with friends/ family, it’s great for all. From the minute I get… Read more
Can’t say enough good about this resort. Love the layout of the resort and the rooms themselves. Clean and not outdated soggy couches like some on this strip. RunFish is smaller than its sister resort 2 doors down, so this one is more my preference. I’ve been there solo and with friends/ family, it’s great for all. From the minute I get there, the front desk is on point and it just continues through my trip. This was my 4th stay in 3 years and was consistent with past trips. Diana at the front desk is a star. She’s just lovely and was a lifesaver the first time I was there in 2016! She really went above and beyond. Was just as great this trip. Jake at the outside bar is awesome. (So are the tacos btw.) He’s fun and keeps an eye out if you need a snack or refill, and just a nice guy. Linda is like the energizer bunny at poolside breakfast. So nice to grab a coffee and take a walk on the beach in the morning. Housekeeping is so on top of things and also just completely lovely. The staff always asks if I’m okay if we just pass in the corridor. I don’t have the name of the team member that maintained my room but if I find it will edit this review! Think Carmen was on my last trip. My room is always clean and made up/ replenished appropriately. Not wasteful though. Plenty of restaurants walkable or short drive/ cab ride but food on property is good if you don’t feel like going out. Not too far from a shopping center if you need sunblock and snacks for your trip - CVS, grocery store, and a Chik Fil A. My only Not great item is the resort fee. Its cost prohibitive when I want to stay here when in the area even if I won’t be around to enjoy the resort fee amenities. When I am able to be there all day even, I don’t have kids utilizing the big beach slide I have to pay for in that fee but at least I get the chairs and options. If my membership points had actually been credited as promised for a two week stay that might have cushioned the blow but anyway.....let’s hope I can enjoy more fun next time. Give this place a try. And the fish tacos for sure! Read less

We had an amazing time staying here! Lots to do between this resort and Island Grands. Very clean and friendly. We especially loved Victor Ortiz and all the staff. Would definitely come again. The only thing would be that with our couch pulled out we did not have a lot of space in our room but we spent most of our time at the pool anyway :)
