WONDERFUL! We have stayed at Sirata several times before and the experience this time was by far the best yet. There have been many renovations additions and overall quality adjustments that have made this resort so much better. Our RumRunners server at lunch(Gena) was remarkably delightful and the food was surprisingly delicious. Rooms were very clean, beds were so comfortable(I had to find the pillows online to buy for my own bed) food/drinks were great with very reasonable prices and the amenities were awesome(loved the beach & pool fire pit as well as the beach services). Can't wait to go back!! Read less

Beach was on point but that is a given. The next level is the service. Better than the ritz Carlton. Lina and James at the bar knocked it out of the park! Plus they had a genuine smile the whole time. Thank you both and all of Sirata!

A last minute stay has proven to be a wonderful one !!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff, from checking in, to housekeeping and the restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Cynthia and having her as our waitress... very friendly, helpful and gave some great suggestions regarding events and places in the area !!!

The beach was gorgeous, thank God. We had to beg housekeeping to clean our room. I can't speak much about customer service because there didn't seem to be many people working. The Compass Grille is way overpriced, too. Go to Shells or Crabby Bills down the road. We made the best of it, but we would never stay at this resort again. Read less

Some of the outside areas of the resort are quite nice but the overall impression of the place is that it needs serious updating. The room was very old and tired, in particular the bathroom. The housekeeping was practically non-existent. We were there for 2 nights and the room was never cleaned. This resort was in no way a good value for the $200+ per night we paid. The prices at the two restaurant/bars on site are exorbitant for mediocre food & watered down drinks. Thank goodness for the IHOP across the street for a good breakfast with reasonable prices. The staff were not friendly. This resort would be nothing without its location directly on the beach. Read less
