The Don Cesar

St Pete Beach, Clearwater and St Pete

The hotel

The stomping ground of celebrities past and present (think F Scott Fitzgerald in earlier years and Justin Timberlake more recently), The Don CeSar Hotel is regarded as Florida’s legendary Pink Palace. Registered with the Historic Hotels of America, it effortlessly blends the Great Gatsby era of pampering with modern European grandeur. Picture-perfect in every way, the beach is a wonderful place to relax or indulge in a variety of exciting water sports – kite surfing anyone? There are also 2 beautifully furnished beachfront swimming pools to take advantage of, so grab a good book and some sun cream and enjoy! Whilst you’re busy, chilling out or enjoying a pampering session at the spa perhaps, the kids will be having at ball at Camp Cesar. Enjoy the family-friendly touches – there are kid’s menus and even a cupboard full of toys to play with! Even a dedicated retail shop carrying all the essentials to keep kids and teens happy and active. At Camp Cesar, however, they’ll have the time of their lives, participating in beach crafts, seashell hunting, castle contests and pool games. Dine around The Don at one of our many restaurants or lounges. Enjoy dining al fresco for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner at Sea Porch, experience an exquisite evening at Maritana Grille, or take in the stunning sunset views with coastal cuisine and cool cocktails at Rowe Bar.

Hubby and I had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the beach one day. It was colder than usual so we didnt get more beach time or paddle boards. The lobby bar was good place for cocktails and reading. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently remodeled and very clean. They adhered to Covid protocols which we were very appreciated of. When we decided to stay an additional night, the front desk was helpful in offering a great rate. I just can't say enough great things about your staff and their "going above and… Read more

When we decided to stay an additional night, the front desk was helpful in offering a great rate. I just can't say enough great things about your staff and their "going above and beyond" attitude. As the wife of a small business owner, outstanding service is something we truly appreciate and notice. It comes from the top down and your management /leadership are obviously doing something right. Located on the beach, the views are breathtaking. The pool is heated, but there was lots construction going on. The facilities are clean and safe. The on site shopping was enjoyable and provided a variety of goods.
