Board Basis options:

Half Board option: includes breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner in one of the following outlets: 81, Republik (dinner is not available on Fridays), IBN Majed, Taperia (closed Sundays), Sette (closed Tuesdays), La Fontana, Captain's (dinner is not available on Thursdays), Anchor, Smokin Gun and Sport's Cafe.

One meal includes 1 x starter, 1 x main course and, 1 x dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants.

Tamr Pool Bar and Tamr Terrace, exclusively for Palm Tree Court guests only.

All beverages are chargeable as per consumption.

Half Board guests are eligible for a dining credit of AED 150 per adult, per day at White Orchid Restaurant, Kinara and Soul Beach (applicable for dinner only).

The redemption of this credit for dinner forms part of the Half Board package, if lunch is also consumed on the day of redemption this is chargeable.

All Inclusive Plus option: includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on full dine-around in the following outlets: 81, Republik, IBN Majed, Taperia, Sette, La Fontana Brasserie, Captain's, Anchor restaurant, Smokin' Gun, Sports Cafe, Vasco de Gama (21+ years only), Anchor Pool Bar, Palmito Pool Bar, La Fontana Pool Bar, BIBE rooftop bar, Signature Lounge (exclusive for suite guests and premium lounge guests), Sette Lounge, Oasis Lodge, Lakeside Cafe, The Vibe pool bar, Tamr pool bar (exclusive for Palm Tree Court guests), Tamr Terrace (exclusive for Palm Tree Court guests), White Orchid restaurant (included for Palm Tree Court guests only), and White Orchid lounge (included for Palm Tree Court guests only).

The package also includes snacks like ice lollies, crisps and nuts, and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service as part of All-Inclusive Plus is from 11:00am until 12:00 midnight.

Beverages indicated with sun mark at package included restaurants are part of the All Inclusive Package.

Items on the food menu indicated with a Chef’s Hat are our Chef’s Specials and are not part of the package.

Room service and mini-bar are not part of the package and are chargeable upon consumption.

Any F&B event or special promotions are not included in the package.

All-Inclusive Plus guests are eligible for AED 150 dining credit per adult per day, AED 125 per child per day (from 12 to 17.9 years old) at Kinara (applicable for dinner only). Anything above this amount will be chargeable.

All-Inclusive Plus guests staying at JA Lake View Hotel and JA Beach Hotel are eligible for AED 150 dining credit per adult per day, AED 125 per child per day (from 12 to 17.9 years old) at Tamr Terrace (lunch only), La Fontana Brasserie (dinner) and White Orchid (dinner only) Anything above this amount will be chargeable. Tamr Pool access is not included.

Sunset Lounge and Sunrise Lounge are not part of any package but guests are entitled to 50% discount. Food is not part of the package for Sandbar, but guests are entitled to 50% discount.

All Inclusive Limited option: includes breakfast at IBN Majid; lunch at La Fontana, 81, Captain’s or Anchor Restaurant; and dinner at Ibn Majid or 81. Pre and post dinner drinks are included at Vasco Da Gama or Lake View Looby Lounge with day time drinks options at pool bars – Palmito, Anchor Lakeside Café and The Vibe (18 years+)

Any Chefs Specials and / or special events in these outlets are excluded from this package.

Room upgrades:

Resort Course View rooms are located on floors 1-3 of the hotel and have a private balcony overlooking the golf course, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Premium Resort View rooms are located on floors 4-5 with views of the golf course, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Junior Suites are ideal for families, they are located on floors 2-5 with desert views and offer separate living areas, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

One Bedroom Terrace Suites, located on floors 1-4, offer living and dining areas and a terrace, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

One Bedroom Terrace Suites with Private Plunge Pool, offer living and dining areas and a terrace, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Resort Course One Bedroom Suites, located on floors 2-5, offer living and dining areas and a balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 3 children.

Luxury One and Two Bedroom Suites are also available.
