Nice hotel in Dubai on the palm, but avoid this hotel. Noise not music! You will have a bad sound between the W Hotel and W residence around the pool. Inimaginable! And the wifi must be the poorest in Dubai! Count 15 min to send a message and capture de wifi. You will find better and less expensive

Very nice stay, the W at the Palm is a cool place with very attentive staff! We really enjoyed it a lot! Beautiful room. AND: Best valet service in town - thanks to Moses (aka Salt‘n‘Peppa 😉). He took very good care of all my cars, especially my pink Cadillac.

First check in was simple, it was 3am and the staff were quick and even gave both my daughters a little box of chocolates. First check in was simple, it was 3am and the staff were quick and even gave both my daughters a little box of chocolates. Room (3093) was not looking onto the pool it was further out the way and we never had any issues with noise so I suggest you request this if you’d like a quieter stay. The balcony was big and the beds were comfy. Room cleaned to a high standard each day. We never really found the music at the pool/candypants brunch to be too noisy. There’s a baby/kids pool that’s shallow and fully shaded which is ideal. There’s also the main pools which are 1.1m deep. You can get a cabana for free Monday to Thursday, that are chargeable Friday to Sunday. The kids club staff were lovely, it’s age 4+, if your child if under 4 you need to stay there’s no option like other hotels to pay for babysitting. We were half board and the food was probably the best in comparison to a lot of other hotels we have stayed in in Dubai. Breakfast selection was huge! Lunch buffet was a decent size and dinner buffet also had a kids selection as well as pizza, chicken, fresh bread, huge healthy selection ect. The gym had enough in it however for anyone wanting to lift heavy weights there just wasn’t enough to add onto the bar. All staff were very friendly. We would definitely come back. Read less
