I waited for 3 hours for check in!!! Even though my husband talked 3 times with the hotel to ensure the room will be ready. The room is Okay nothing special, a little small to be called a suite. The service is the worst ever! The employees clearly got no since of service attitude. But the worst was the pool. Soooo small and crouded you litterly couldnt find a spot to put your leg in it. It is way too small for the hotel size as well as the dinning room and the lobby. Feels like they save as much as they can on the public teritory just to add some extra rooms and they couldn't care less about the guest expirience. Read less

We made a last minute decision when in the Tel Aviv area to spend the night at the Ritz Carlton. I very good choice. Nothing is perfect, never was, and certainly after the whole covid mess, it will take time for hotels to get back fully into the swing of things. That being said: a large, lovely room and enormous bathroom, fantastic bed, a balcony overlooking the marina and the mediterranean and shore line. conveniently located next to a small shopping mall and many eateries in the marina. The hotel has its own excellent restaurant, which we enjoyed a few years ago, but we did not have the time to eat there on this stay. Good service, lovely pool area and exercise room. Parking underground for hotel guests. All in all, a very good choice. Read less

It's rare that I comment on hotels.  Because I (used to) travel a lot before the pandemic I have accrued status and points with a few hotel chains. Most of my hotel stays are fine, not remarkable one way or the other.  Most of the time I write about them, its because of something really bad either in cleanliness, service, or the overall experience.  Not this time.  My wife and I went away to the Ritz Carlton Herzliya for a long overdue weekend away.  The hotel is beautiful, the staff was always peasant accommodating from the pool to the dining room (shout out to Irena who was especially thoughtful), and the overall ambiance could not have been nicer. It's nice to see the hotel with such high occupancy after the tourism industry in Israel was so badly devastated.  Overall, a great experience. Despite being as brief as it was, its not one of those vacations that I feel that I need to have a vacation from, or that it was so long ago I forgot it.  It was great and I'll be back, and recommend to others for sure.  Read less

Tool my kids for the weekend when my wife was away and the hotel was better than advertised. Everything was amazing and done perfectly. The bar made amazing drinks and the service was incredible. Highly recommend to everyone.
