This hotel is no longer up to 5 star standard. The rooms were dirty, and on 2 days the room was not cleaned. The service at breakfast was poor, I appreciate we are coming out of COVID so hotels are short staffed but for a 5 star hotel I don't expect the service we had. Management did sort out some of the issues we had and tried to make sure we had… Read more

It is quite an old fashioned dark hotel with black furniture from the 80ies. Room service was poor. The most horrible experience was Sabbath evening. The best thing was: there was no apology and when asking for a compensation the only thing they were able to offer was old wine from open bottles from the days before. Read less

What a disappointment!!Terrible service. In the middle of breakfast we were moved from the table, we did not understand why. Do not clean the room every day. Its Friday 3pm didnt clean our room, the second time this week! The hotel is full and they can not managed the load. Definitely will not cone again!!!

Inhad a wonderful stay i really enjoyed the breakfast and the service of the bell boys was very friendly and fast. The room was very nicely decorated. The dan is in a great central location. Nikita and Allan did a great job with helping with finding a taxi thank you
