We had an excellent three night stay at the hotel within the hotel. The staff was excellent; checking in and out was easy. The lounge was a great place to retreat, with fine food and beverages. We highly recommend the Vista at the Hilton, and look forward to a return visit.

Every aspect of the one night stay was outstanding -- check-in, upgrade, general helpfulness of staff, pool chairs and pool service, all services, amenities in room, cleanliness and attractiveness of lobby, breakfast, etc. Gym was well 'stocked' but treadmills were too close to each other so I was reluctant to use gym.

Anyone who has any sensitivity to food, or by chance also cares about the conduct of the hotel that is about to host it, then this hotel is life threatening and unworthy. In our case, the restaurant's kitchen was notified of a sensitivity to sesame seeds, and indeed a different bread was served to the guest than that served to the other diners. Out of negligence in its name it was a cereal bread that included sesame seeds, an integral part of this type of bread, as described in an official document of the bakery that produces the breads for the hotel. As a result, significant bodily harm was created, including vomiting, crying, and ruining the vacation and experience. The hotel staff and management do not take responsibility for the suffering caused to the guest and do not even apologize at all, as if going to sue them. The hotel manager completely ignores the direct appeal to him. It does not interest him. Nor what is written here. If he accidentally addresses or picks up a phone to apologize, then the sky will fall on him. Indeed no lawsuit has been filed, who needs their money. But the conduct is at a very low level. The hotel is highly not recommended. Inappropriate. Take another hotel. Read less
