STAY AWAY. This Hilton is a complete waste of money. Booked the Deluxe Premium Room, and it was not as expected or presented to me at all, while being still pricy. Firstly, it is only partial view, and you have to really turn your head to view the water. Upon check in, I immediately got 2 mosquito bites. I told the front desk, and they had the audacity to tell me that I had them upon check in. Wow. After getting to the room, I called to have someone come spray the room because there was more mosquitoes in the room. He sprayed while I was in the room, and told me not to worry about any poison. Thereafter, I realized I could not control the air condition. I had to call the front desk, as they are the ones to change the temperature. The front desk people are very rude too, they will talk back to you and be extremely disrespectful. Upon check out, they also tried to overcharge me. When I pointed it out, they said they would have to check with the manager and let me know. They would not confirm the email I received from them, to note the correct price. This was so embarrassing and so unprofessional. For the price, you can certainly stay somewhere better. Stay away. Read less

Everyone seems so happy, and eager to make my stay a pleasant one. thank you: Justin at the reception desk (Mazal Tov on the birth of your first child!) Executive Lounge waiter Uriya who remembers me every time I come. Waitress Noy, who makes sure to ask if we want our dishes “as they are ready” or in courses. Patricia from the cleaning staff who acts as if granting my every wish is her pleasure. Thank you all! I’ve seen many hotels cutting corners/budgets during corona time. Not here, it’s consistently top-tier on every visit. Thank you Hilton Tel Aviv! Elana Read less

My wife and I just spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Hilton Tel Aviv. It was our first time ever at this hotel and frankly we were somewhat disappointed. We had originally booked two rooms but, because of circumstances, had cancelled one of them. We received an email that the deposit for one room would be returned as soon as possible yet three weeks later, when we checked in, not only had the deposit not yet been returned, the front desk receptionist kept on insisting that the money had been returned and that it sometimes takes a while for it to show up in our account and we should check on our computer when we got up to our room. After checking, we notified them that the deposit had not yet returned. A day later it "suddenly" showed up in our account. We had booked the King Premium Deluxe Sea view and had requested an upgrade. The room that we ended up in smelled stale and was furnished with old tired looking furniture, in our opinion, not befitting a deluxe room. We only ate breakfasts at the hotel, eating out for the other meals. There was a nice variety of foods at the breakfast buffets but over the course of three breakfasts, there was always something missing. They'd run out of orange juice and I'd have to approach 2 or 3 waiters until it was replaced. Missing bottles of water, missing plates of waffles and one morning there were missing plates. We walked all around this enormous buffet table and could not find one empty clean plate with not one waiter to be found. One would think that in a hotel of the Hilton's calibre, once the supply of an item (food, plates) runs low, new food or plates would immediately be brought rather than wait until nothing was left. The first morning, I noticed that the long rubber mat, at the foot of the buffet table, was bunched up in various places. A few people and I tripped over these impediments until somebody was brought to take care of it. On the plus side, most of the staff were pleasant, the location of the hotel is good and the view from the room of the Meditaranean Sea was beautiful. Still, I can't say I'd recommend this Hilton hotel and would much rather stay at the Sheraton or the Dan Panorama just down the coast, where we've had much better experiences in the past. Read less
