It was a lovely stay. My dad and I were doing a roadtrip and stayed 2 days in the Prima City Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was our last stay and it was super. Sudany made us feel like home when we got in to the hotel, he made us coffee and was aware of our needs. The food was great in the restaurant. The hotel has a city view with some sea view and is one street away from the beach The service was very good and specially Mr Sudani who catered to every our wish. The small dining room is extended by a pleasant patio . The meals are nice and plentiful. Indoor parking is available for a fee All in all it is a good choice for a reasonable price Read less

Holes in the sheets, uneven service at reception desk—one very good person, one very poor. A house cleaning staff member entered our room without knocking and the very lightweight bed moved away from the wall if you tried to sit up and read in bed. Not a good value for us.

Especially thanks to the personal interest of mr Sudani who made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms are small but very comfortable with everything one needs. The hotel is situated in a small and quite side street, off the main Yarkon street. During the week there is most of the time enough underground parking space. 70 shekels a day, which compared to most other parkings near the beach reasonable. The breakfast, included in the price, is simple and tasty and enough!!! Alltogether I think this hotel is a great ‘gem’ , very reasonably priced compared to most other hotels in the area. One disadvantahe for those who very much appreciate it: there is no sea view. Most of the rooms face the street or other buidings. Read less

It was my second time here but I’m very disappointed. 3 times I didn’t receive cleaning room . At the second time I asked to talk to the general manager and he promised me it was an accident… The third time I moved back in the night from the morning and the guy promised me after the dinner (he is muslim and needed to eat something after Ramadan) is going to clean the room. I moved back in the middle of the night and no cleaning room have been done. I needed to ask towel and paper toilet to the reception. The blond girl receptionist who is working on Saturday told me the same history. I will transfer to the general manager … but she is not able to looking for the housekeeping. So. On the advertisement we can see coffee Machin but I never get capsule . If I need paper toilet I must ask. In the afternoon the muslim guys can’t work cause the Ramadan . The breakfast is very expensive. 250 euro everyday and almost everyday they forget to clean the room Read less
