This hotel has clearly suffered from Covid but there is no excuse for charging crazy prices and not investing. This hotel has clearly suffered from Covid but there is no excuse for charging crazy prices and not investing. They don’t clean the rooms in your stay, the pool was disgusting and we had to get eyedrops for my son after going in it, the Hot tub was foamy! The running machines were both broken, all the areas including the rooms and particularly the air con and pull down sofa need TLC. The staff really want to help but there is clearly no investment. A real shame given the amazing location and great staff. No where near a 4 star, have stayed in cleaner and more modern 2 star hotels at half the price! Read less

Horrible...My daughter was trying to book her reception. Very poor response and communication (or lack thereof) from Kelly Higgins. Her Manager Steve Woods was no better, zero response from him when requesting a return call three times. More detailed review on Yelp. Went with a different more profession venue.

We had a very good stay at the Tahoe resort hotel. Valet parking was $29 a night, but we could pull the car from valet at any time, so that was very convenient. The rooms are very outdated, however I love that there is two rooms for privacy. The tiling in the bathroom was probably the only major issue I had with the room. There was a refrigerator,… Read more
We had a very good stay at the Tahoe resort hotel. Valet parking was $29 a night, but we could pull the car from valet at any time, so that was very convenient. The rooms are very outdated, however I love that there is two rooms for privacy. The tiling in the bathroom was probably the only major issue I had with the room. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink in the room. Two TVs, which was great for the kids. However we did call down because the remote control didn’t work on one TV and nobody ever came up to fix it. I was able to use the remote control from one TV for both, so we made it work. The best part about the trip was the breakfast buffet. We are not that big on buffets, however there was excellent choices and most of the food was great. The shining star of the visit was our encounter with Luis, the manager at the breakfast buffet. He was so personable, he asked us about our trip after we sat down. He made sure that we had everything we needed. Just an all-around great guy, he made us feel so welcome. We were sad to see that he wasn’t at the buffet the next morning. The hotel is on the California side, however you just cross the street into Nevada, just a stones throw from Harrah’s and Harvey’s. We did use the pool and Jacuzzi area. The Jacuzzi was hot and perfect. And the kids had fun in the pool. The gym is very very small. All in all, it was a very nice stay. We definitely would consider staying here again. Read less

The bedskirts looked like it hasn’t been changed in months had stains on them .. Spider webs on the air-conditioning units stepping into the shower was beyond disgusting, The table was dirty had sticky stuff on, and when we wanted to reach the front desk they were nothing but rude and helpless, not to mention $30 for valet parking per night, that we were not aware of. no public parking or handicap parking, when we tried to complain we were giving a card to scan and write a comment.
