The sheets and the pillows smelt like sweat. As if they just remade the bed and never changed anytime. My shower quit working. Room service lady was nice but opened the receipt book to look at the tip (they already add gratuity and $10 to bring it to your room) tv didn't work. You have to PAY for WiFi per device. We enjoyed our recent two night stay at this property. The room was large with a sizeable bathroom. Comfortable bed with quality linens and towels. Great location for checking out the area with Heavenly Village a short walk. Will recommend to others.

Do not stay at this hotel ever. They are braking in rooms while your in there and management and security did nothing like they were in on it. Possible trafficking going on. Boycott this hotel and protect your selves

Great bucket list visit! I’ve stayed numerous times in years past but it had been 8 years since my last visit. Stayed with siblings and had a wonderful stay. Most everything was as I remembered except a few changes in restaurants etc. overall service and staff were all polite, friendly, and helpful! We will stay longer next time, now that I know it’s still a great place, unlike some of the bad reviews? We had a lake view suite & 2nd room, so not sure how the mountain tower is, but the lake tower was good. Also, the new Wolf by Vanderpump is a must dine in as food and ambiance are both very good.
