The hotel needs some remodeling. The bed was comfy though. The pool is nice but not enough lounge chairs. The jacuzzi was closed the entire time of our visit plus they closed the pool one day due to repairs. They have a bar but Noone is hardly ever there to attend it. There isn't a cafe to get breakfast/lunch, you have to walk to Harrah's for that. I love Tahoe but probably won't stay here again. Read less

We are staying at Harvey’s and while the room is fine, nice even. The service is HORRIBLE. 1. Using the Ivy AI virtual concierge, we pre checked in for a 1 pm arrival. No problem, says Ivy, we arrive at 2. Nope. Rooms are not ready till 4 we are told. But we pre checked in, etc, I explained. No sway. Will you at least try to get us in earlier? I asked. We need to iron clothes and get ready for a 5 pm pickup for a dinner cruise. No call. At 4, I go up again and oh yeah.out room is ready. We got our card keys, hustled up but NEITHER key works! Luckily a housekeeper was still on the floor. He checked our keys, checked our envelope and let us in but told us we needed to go to front desk. We went to desk after the cruise and got new keys 2. No shower soap in room. We had a bar for hands so I texted Ivy and asked for soap while gone. Sure she replied. No soap when we got back after cruise so we decided to go to bed 3. Today. I begin requesting soap at 8 am. SEVERAL calls later, including asking several times to speak to a manager, we still had no shower soap by 3;30 pm. So I went down and a kind bell desk capt got me some I have not cancelled my request for soap or to talk to manager it’s now 4.35 pm and nada. No calls. No service. 4. Finally, would you put up with this on a $200 a night room? Read less

We are at Harvey’s now….must say….pretty disappointed over all. We had comped rooms, which we appreciate…however a comped room does not include the $30 resort fee and $17a day parking fee. So…comped is actually $47 a day. We asked each morning at the desk, politely , for our room to be serviced while we were out. Each day we returned after 3:30… Read more
We are at Harvey’s now….must say….pretty disappointed over all. We had comped rooms, which we appreciate…however a comped room does not include the $30 resort fee and $17a day parking fee. So…comped is actually $47 a day. We asked each morning at the desk, politely , for our room to be serviced while we were out. Each day we returned after 3:30 and room was never done. We had to call and ask for towels and coffee, which took several hours to receive. If they don’t service rooms anymore, they should tell you upon arrival. I wanted to sit out at the pool, but upon checking it out…..very few lounge chairs, and not one umbrella. Not everyone wants to sit in the direct sun….so a few areas with umbrellas would be a nice touch. We had dinner in the Sage Room, which has a lovely view. My martini was $23.50. I’ve had that cocktail many places and that’s just about the highest yet. So…while no one goes on vacation to save money….it’s nice to know the hidden costs before you go. There are very few cocktail runners on the casino floor…..so the days of easy access complimentary cocktails are also waning. On the plus side, the hotel personnel were all very polite and friendly. I feel like they just can’t control the situation. Also, forget using a concierge to book excursions or offer ideas….desk is permanently closed. We are past Covid, aren’t we? It seems like Harvey’s is understaffed all the way around. Just passing on what seems a typical Harvey’s experience currently. Read less

While the room was comfortable the bed was hard. Didn't sleep well the first night. Employees were friendly but the casino was not. lol. There was no room service and no restaurants in casino to have breakfast other than a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks.

We love staying at Harvey’s! We walk down to the lake and spend the day with beautiful views. We have so many dining options. Harvey’s is steps away from shops and activities.
