When we checked in we were met by smiles everywhere. Not what I expected from a casino hotel. Rooms were clean and decor was nice. Everywhere I looked people were helpful and smiling. It seemed quite genuine. We will return. We were welcomed by Lindsey, noah and Ruby at check in, they made us feel like valued guests

The staff went above and beyond to make my husband feel special for his birthday! We had 3 rooms they put us all together. The cottages are amazing. Stay in them if you can. Nothing like waking up and seeing the beautiful lake. Pool is always lovely too and we enjoyed our breakfast as well.

We arrived dead early 8AM expecting only to relax have breakfast and wait 4-5 hours for our room to be ready for. At check in a very polite young lady said as a Globalist we are allowed an upgrade and switched our basic room to a Cottage right on the water line and allowed us to check in straight away. Positives This Hotel is sprawling it is ginormous in the area it covers . Our Cottage had its own designated parking that was handy for luggage, two double size beds and even a small patio . Grounds were immaculate all staff attentive . Negatives . No dogs supposedly allowed in that area and yet plenty of people walking their dogs . Walls on the thin side so expect to hear your neighbours and definitely their children. Be ready to be hugely disappointed if you dine at Osteria Sierra . For $29 we got less than a child’s portion of Spaghetti Pomodoro . It was an absolute joke Read less
