The hotel wasn't as nice as the photos made us to believe. Free breakfast was always very crowded. Food was average. We were also unable to find the store in the lobby open during our stay,… Read more

We were also unable to find the store in the lobby open during our stay, so we had to uber to Walgreens for blisters pads ,Tylenol and sunscreen. Which I didnt bring because I know they had a store.Park is about a mile to the park through downtown Disney we understood that there was a shuttle but it was $5 a person. All that being said , the staff was pleasant and upbeat at all time !!! Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy!!! But not enough positives for us to return or recommend Read less

This year was our third Birthday trip for my daughter to Disneyland and staying at Stovalls is our top choice each time. In fact, I won't stay anywhere else!! The rooms are ALWAYS clean and every single member of their staff are ALWAYS professional and personable. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, they all make it a wonderful experience. This trip we had an issue with our door lock, and the staff immediately took care of it. Later that day, management called our room to personally see that the issue was resolved AND sent up gift bags to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast is more than what you get anywhere else! This particular week (which unfortunately was a horrible week for Disneyland) the hotel was packed to capacity; however, not once did the crowds have a negative affect on staff that we could notice. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked no matter what time we went in. Excellent coffee is always available...for us all day coffee drinkers. Not once did any staff appear to be too busy to answer our questions or even just to chat it up (we're all talkers lol). The gift shop is ideal! Faily priced and stocked with essentials. We actually saved quite a bit of money purchasing our souvenirs there vs in the park. The POOLS!!!! Clean, well maintained and pleasant. Plenty of seating and space for numerous families. The only thing I wish is that they kept the pool open later for those returning from the parks and wanting to soak tired feet/muscles in the jacuzzi. There is an adorable "hotel kitty" that lives on-site and has crossed eyes...made for a lot of laughs!! Just an added bonus lol. Location! Location! Location!!! The walk from the hotel to the front gates is beautiful and not heavily congested with people or traffic. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from your room to the front gate; however, because the walk is so nice and you'll go by other Disney resorts, it's almost like never leaving the Disney resort. It's well lit at night and feels extremely safe. Not to mention, because there aren't a lot of hotels on this side of the parks, there's no continuance of the crowds battled in the parks. The best part of the walk is that you enter through downtown Disney rather than the area where all of the buses drop off and pick up. The magic begins the second you leave your room! If you're not interested in walking, ART picks up directly in front of the hotel and tickets are sold in the lobby for convenience. I seriously cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! While it is a little more expensive than say some of the budget hotels, the value is worth every penny!!!! We will most definitely be back and I highly recommend Stovalls!!!! Read less

Breakfast was terrible, breakfast room so small and with so many people it was a fight just to get a coffee. Parking was same situation, very lucky if you get to park near your room or a park space at all. People double parking and wherever they could. Park is about a 30min walk, Bus is $6 per person per day. It’s a 15min walk to downtown Disney. Restaurant ‘Coco’s’ next door was ok for food. Overall was ok but remember it is a budget hotel. Me and my family stayed at BW for two nights. check in/check out was a breeze. Room was clean although our fridge wasn't workin . I switch it to another outlet and that solved the issu . GRAs were very nice and kept our room clean and loaded us up with fresh towels the next day. The free breakfast is good but the lack of seating should be addressed. we couldn't find anywhere to sit and enjoy our breakfas . My main issue was parking or should I say the lack of it. I came with two vehicles and I couldn't get a parking pass for my second one. I had to pay $60 to park my vehicle at the GardenWalk parking structure. Oh and they charge for parking at the hotel as well ($10 a day if you're a guest). Next time I'll just find another hotel with better parking and avoid that issue altogether. Read less
