A Overpriced Marriott With Little To Offer The hotel was completely overpriced in all respects. The rooms are small and old and the bathrooms facilities are quite old. A Overpriced Marriott With Little To Offer The hotel was completely overpriced in all respects. The rooms are small and old and the bathrooms facilities are quite old. The nightly charge was about $360.00 which would apply for a five star ⭐️ hotel not a two or three star hotel . As a Gold member of the Bonvoy Program they did not offer anything whatsoever and the rooms do not get water bottles and there is no minibar. In terms of room service they do not offer anything and do not bring towels. Room Service is terrible they unhook there phones and sometimes the don’t want to bring your breakfast to your room. The food is definitely not good and I know I work as a Director of Product Development for (7) Restaurant chains. The price of the food is completely overpriced. In general I felt Fromm my experience that the service was ver poor in all areas except the front desk. As a hotelier and restaurant consultant I cannot recommend this hotel. The last thing is that I payed for four nights and I only got points for three. This hotel is too expensive and definitely not worth the money. We have stayed at this hotel half a dozen times and it’s gone downhill lately. They allow dogs but refuse to do anything if they are barking all night. We finally called security at 10:15 pm and they came up but did nothing. When I called again at 12:15am they said nobody was in the room so I just had to deal with the continuous barking. We finally called security at 10:15 pm and they came up but did nothing. When I called again at 12:15am they said nobody was in the room so I just had to deal with the continuous barking. I asked why they didn’t call the owners’ cell phones or the police/animal control and they put me on hold and never came back. We have reached out to hotel management as well as Marriott management and heard nothing back. We paid for a hotel to sleep in and didn’t get to sleep! At this point, this hotel appears to be for partying and I do not recommend it for business travel or anyone who values sleep. Read less

I’ve been trying to call this hotel the past 2 days to ask a few general questions about booking, and the operator simply hangs up on you or immediately puts you on hold to keep getting transferred to NO ONE. It’s so incredibly unprofessional . I’ll take my money somewhere else then.

The check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean and pleasant, although, for 2 days out of a 5-day stay, we were not given bath towels. I had to call and they had towels to me very quickly. Everyone I encountered at this establishment was nice and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the customer service at this Marriott. I don't have not one complaint outside the housekeeping jading us on towels for 2 days straight. The lounge access benefit for elite members was stocked well with drinks and snacks, and had an adequate breakfast in the morning on week days. Read less

WE should known that when a hotel can't even answer it's phones that things could be bad. And they were! How can such an expensive property in Beverly Hills be so poorly managed that even a basic phone can't be answered. Such a disaster all around that I won't be back. Unclean. lack of staff, long line to check in. Good by!
