In fact I thought I was at an Asian chain Marriot-branded hotel. Room is clean. Amenities sufficient. Lounge is smallish and do not have views, get packed during breakfasts. However the spread and the continous supply of food (the cookies were yummy!) makes you forget the shortcoming of the space and view! The only improvement I can suggest is the pricing of the drink at the bar, which is really high - maybe it's the location. I am not sure!. I recalled having drinks at another hotel nearby, and it was not as expensive. Staffs are great! Interaction with the front staffs and everyone was great and pleasantly genuine! Some staffs goes out of their way to make sure your stay are pleasantly great! Thank you for the experience! Read less

With malls and outdoor malls like Rodeo Drive, Beverly Center, and the Grove, they offer a good experience that gives you lots of things to explore. Nice way to have a day out to go eat all the nice even at the hotel's own bar and dining area. The location is nice but parking can be expensive. It's nice and newly remodeled. The breakfast buffet is awesome as I love smoked salmon that they serve which I can eat a ton of. The rooms and beds are cozy and the shower is wonderful as you can walk in it and stay in there all day but that's not good cuz California is in a drought. A good place to stay and it's comparable to the other high end hotels around the area. Read less

I stayed at the hotel for a family event and waiting a very long time for a room. Andrew at the front desk was able to solve the problem immediately and I had a room within minutes. It was a well designed handicap room (which was fine even though I am not handicapped). He also kindly gave me complimentary breakfast. There is a lovely bar area,… Read more

There is a lovely bar area, very nice pool with hot tub, and pleasant breakfast area. I am always shocked at the prices of LA hotels but was not too bad. The rooms were large and I loved the seating in the rooms. Read less

We were recently displaced by the fires in Los Angeles and had to find a hotel room at a moment's notice. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating When we booked the hotel, we spoke with Stephanie about the situation, and she assured us that we would have the ability to cancel the reservation at any time if circumstances changed. This was a great relief as we were not sure we would use the hotel until 6pm that evening When we learned we would have to spend more days at the hotel than we originally thought, the front desk worked to get us a room even when it was sold out. Finally, the hotel staff (specifically Pema, Manuel, Enrique, and Ezekial) were super friendly and helpful with luggage, questions, arrangements. This experience definitely makes me feel loyal to Marriott in general, and the Beverly Hills Marriott in particular. Read less

This Hotel is smaller than your typical Marriott hotel and strictly speaking not in Beverly Hills, although only 1 mile from Beverly Hills centre. What makes this hotel special is the superb service - the front desk experience was great as was the assistance with luggage and valet. The room was comfortable and clean.
