The Beverly Hilton is situated perfectly to walk to the best shops, dining, neighborhoods, and UCLA. The rooms and amenities are clean and beautiful and the service is very polite! I lived starting my day with morning caffeine on my room’s balcony overlooking the pool in the morning sunshine! If you walk a lot as I did, be sure to have… Read more

All areas of the hotel I visited were very clean. The staff was very courteous and pro active in making sure all of my needs were met. Consummate professionals. If they were short staffed it didn’t show. The meals were well prepared and delicious.

I was a little hesitant because the hotel looks older (which it is), but it is really very nice! The rooms have high ceilings and tall windows and everything has been updated and feels like new. They have also capitalized on their history and it feels like you are apart of old Hollywood when staying here. The staff is very friendly and the… Read more

The Beverly Hilton still demands exemplary service and attention to detail. Wouldn’t mind staying again. The staff was very helpful and seem to be a little understaffed but worked as a team to ensure that most needs were met.

There's always something new at this hotel. Typical glam, expansive property that is always being updated. I do miss the warm yellow rooms, but the renovation of the rooms since my last stay is pretty good. Soft teal, grays and white make for a relaxing and familiar 1950's expensive vibe. There's always something new at this hotel. Typical glam, expansive property that is always being updated. I do miss the warm yellow rooms, but the renovation of the rooms since my last stay is pretty good. Soft teal, grays and white make for a relaxing and familiar 1950's expensive vibe. In the past the desk had been very kind to me but not this time. I reserved an exec suite and was given an exec suite accessible room. That may not mean much to anyone else, but as a Diamond member (or as a human being) who does not yet require that room type, it means lots and lots of water all over the floor of the generously sized bathroom. This is not an upgrade. Do you know who else is not an upgrade? Asking if you'd pay an extra 300 a night for a slightly larger suite with fewer windows. It's not an upgrade if i have to pay for it. That's an up charge. In hindsight, I should have asked to see a manger, but I was traveling with friends and it was simply taking too long. The hotel had a pop-up bar and restaurant on the top floor that had uncovered layered stain glass panels from it's inception in 1955. Stunning. And the cocktails up there, aside from the douchie clientele, were magnificent. But after an hour of being pushed and shoved while sitting at the bar, we headed back to the suite with our nightcaps. This lengthy stay allowed for pool time, lots of dinners out and room service. The location can't be more perfect for everything you need. The valet service and bell service both are outstanding making you feel welcome from the very first moment you arrive. Not sure how they do it - but they do and continue to impress me every time i return. Bravo to that staff. Read less
