Wow. Martha Lopez should be promoted. She was the best part of my week long stay. She arranged rooms close together so my caretakers could be near by. She made a traumatic experience pleasurable. Wow. Martha Lopez should be promoted. She was the best part of my week long stay. She arranged rooms close together so my caretakers could be near by. She made a traumatic experience pleasurable. She was the best liaison I could have ever hoped for. We are diamond members but I prefer the WA generally, however when in Beverly Hills I will be loyal to this hotel thanks to the experience I had with Martha. She made everything seamless. The beds are super comfortable (thank god... as I was in mine 4 days) I don’t recommend the pool side restaurant (typical Sysco food) but the gym is ok and the pool is lovely. The cocktail list could be more interesting but the vintage Palm Springs vibe is great. Stay here if you need a nice hotel at a good rate. If you are lucky enough to run into Martha make sure you have her help you plan your stay. Read less

I moved to the BH Hilton after staying two nights at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire. Had I known how beautiful the rooms were at the BH Hilton I would have stayed there my entire trip. The food offerings were very limited due to Covid and the fitness center required a reservation. Would have been nice to know upon check in. Nevertheless,… Read more

Wonderful, newly-renovated room with a view; the staff from the front desk, to restaurant, to cleaning staff was excellent, friendly, and very helpful! Shout out to Yamileth of the front office team; she was extremely helpful and went beyond to assist us in looking for room upgrade. She took the time to work with us (me and my 13-year old daughter) to look at all of our upgrade options. She was very responsive and followed up with us during our stay! If you are going to Los Angeles and staying on the West side or in Beverly Hills, this is the place to stay! You could pay up for Beverly Hills Hotel, Waldorf, Four Seasons, InterContinental, but you cannot beat the price of the Hilton Beverly Hills. Read less
