this hotel is totally outdated and needs a makeover. Probs best to demolish the whole thing and rebuild it. Great location and great name but that is the only plus point really. Rooms and bathrooms are motel standard at best.

Rare to find this kind of old-school class, but then again this is Hollywood glamour-town. From the abundant uniformed staff to the plush bathrobes and comfy slippers, from the smartly designed and electronically connected room to the chocolates on the bed at turndown service, this is what a luxurious hotel stay should feel like. Worth the price!

Can a hotel be modern, yet honor its history both faithfully and playfully? At The Beverly Hilton, the answer is an unqualified "yes"! My family spent three nights here while vacationing in LA. We are Hilton Diamond members and booked the room as an award, so we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a freshly renovated room on the 7th floor of the Wilshire Tower, with a balcony facing Century City. Wow! Couldn't take our eyes off that view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Loved that there were plenty of outlets and USB ports for our electronics. Another member of our party stayed in the Oasis wing and liked his room very much. We enjoyed both dinner and the breakfast buffet at Circa 55. I like how the hotel handles Diamond members' free breakfast promise with a food and beverage credit -- I appreciated the flexibility. All the staff from the front desk and bell station to the restaurant were courteous and helpful. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle that we used to get to a nearby shopping mall. Our driver Hilton was professional and friendly. The corridors and public spaces are adorned with photos of celebrities from yesteryear and today and it is easy to imagine the glamour that has come and gone over the years. Had fun time following in their footsteps. Read less

We were woken up at 7am with hammers, pounding, banging and yelling. It was so loud that when we called the front desk to move rooms they guy couldn't even hear us. We were woken up at 7am with hammers, pounding, banging and yelling. It was so loud that when we called the front desk to move rooms they guy couldn't even hear us. They moved us to another room that was equally as bad. No one warned us about the construction and the cost of the room was expensive and the same as another room in a different tower that was NOT under construction. The staff did nothing to compensate us. We were here for 2 nights and I can honestly say I'm exhausted and can't wait to get out of here. I give it 2 stars simply because it was clean. Read less

The room is too old and is in need of renovation and overpriced for what you get for $350 per night. Noticed the Sink was dirty next morning and wasn’t sure if we did it, but it was not clean when we returned in the afternoon after they had cleaned our room. No coffee maker in the room. They said we had to ask for it. We asked and was a pain to… Read more
