Seaglass Inn & Spa

Cape Cod, New England

The hotel

Taking its inspiration from the casual-cool of Provincetown, this seaside inn’s about as laid-back as you can get. There’s nothing to do but relax – and the only decision you’ll need to make is where to do that. Perhaps stretching out ‘Cape Cod-style’ on one of the lawn’s Adirondack chairs? Maybe on one of the sun loungers fringing the outdoor pool? Or perhaps in the spa, as you unwind with its signature Seaglass Spa Hot Stone Massage. And, to make your Cape Cod stay even more relaxing, the family at Seaglass Inn & Spa have included complimentary WiFi, parking, and Continental breakfasts. If you do want to escape the simple seclusion of this four acre seaside escape, you can stroll to vibrant and artsy P-Town in just twenty minutes – or grab bikes and deli treats at the nearby store and go beach-hopping.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here and it doesn’t disappoint! The rooms are very clean and the morning breakfast is awesome!!!! It’s a five minute drive to downtown, or you could walk! I would highly recommend staying here!!

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Seaglass Inn. Not sure why its called a Spa, but there is a swimming pool (closed for the season I assume). The room we stayed in was a king on the second floor in the back of the property and it was a nicely sized room, plenty of space for the bed, small table and 2 chairs and a desk, bureau, etc. Bathroom was spacios with a window which is nice. Shower was a bathtub with old school sliding shower doors and the showerhead was an original Waterpik! Brought me back to the 70's! The room was very clean and well kept up but the property is old with squeaky wooden floors under the carpeting and doors that are out of alignment. Was it luxurious? No, but its very, very nice. Breakfast is continental with some nice extras - quiche, hard boiled eggs and english muffins in addition to the pastries, cereal, etc. Coffee was VERY good which is a huge plus for me. Service and staff was warm and friendly and added to the charm of the property. Location is good - not far from downtown and the water. Read less

We drove right by the driveway when we were trying to find the hotel. It sits on a hill but no sign down low to know you were there. This place had beautiful landscaping and nice views. The rooms were dated but clean. The one drawback that won’t bring me back to the Seaglass is the beds are very firm. I did not sleep for one minute. I was in pain… Read more

The rooms were dated but clean. The one drawback that won’t bring me back to the Seaglass is the beds are very firm. I did not sleep for one minute. I was in pain all night from the bed and there was no blanket to help to soften it up a bit. The TV always turned on to HDMI 3. You need to locate the input button behind the TV to switch it to HDMI 1. The breakfast was good but not much seating. The location is okay but would have liked it to be just a little closer to restaurants to walk to. You can walk to commercial St but road does not have sidewalks. All and all it’s a good value for the price but no amount of value makes up for no sleep. Pleasant staff. Read less

Really welcoming and amazingly friendly staff, with fantastic homemade cake and cookies throughout the day and coffee on tap in the homely reception area. A short walk from Provincetown (they also have an electric vehicle as transit if you wish), had we had known we would definitely have stayed here longer. There are forests and beaches as well all within easy access (almost walkable). Good internet. Outside pool looked good but was closed due to time of year. We can't think of anywhere better we would want to stay here. Read less

We got recommendations from the front desk staff on where to grab dinner and then where to head out for a good time after and both recommendations were awesome. This isn't right on Commercial street but within walking distance and they have a nice gold cart that they use to drive you to commercial street. Great stay, would stay again. Read less
