We stayed just for one night on the 28DEC19 . Its a budget style hotel , clean , staff were friendly . It is a bit cramped for 2 double beds in a room we had to walk over our luggage . But overall we were happy and we received great service . They provide a buffet breakfast which was worth it ..seeing that we stayed at Roosevelt and didn't even… Read more

Great hotel to stay in before a cruise from NYC. Walking distance to pier. We were able to walk to Times Square and enjoy shopping and dining. Rooms are smaller than hotels in other areas but typical of New York.

Called the day before, and tried to get shuttle set up. No shuttle offered, never has been an option. Was told by a member of management that they would reimburse for my shuttle costs and get us back to the airport, the day we flew out, check in, and try to get reimbursed, said they would not honor what was said, by the other manager. Had to pay an extra 150 for shuttle fees after being told it was offered by the hotel. Construction work begins promptly at 7am so do not plan on sleeping in. Read less

Keep in mind that this is NYC, so everything is more expensive. This was an incredibly inexpensive hotel, but clean, big enough (for NY), and had a decent buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs & sausage that saves you $15-30 in NY. Parking is about 2 blocks away for $30 at a place that normally charges $50-60.

Great little hotel within walking distance of top attractions, but a short walk away from the noise of the city. I came with a friend and my daughters to celebrate my birthday and we all had an amazing time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable, not at all cramped and have everything you need - iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, tv etc. The buffet breakfast was a real bonus too and saved us time and money. Hot & cold breakfast selection, lots of choice and a great waffle maker too. Hot drinks available 24h at reception, just help yourself. We were even offered hot cider and cookies when we returned early one evening to get ready for a Theater night out. And the Ambassador Theater was only 5/10 min walk from the hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in NY and all agreed the Comfort Inn was a great place to stay. Can't wait to come back. Read less
