A short walk to the high-speed gondola to Heavenly. Ski shuttles to Heavenly, Kirkwood and Sierra Ski areas*.

438 rooms on 17 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts. All have air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi, coffee maker and hairdryer. Deluxe Rooms have mountain views, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. Smoking rooms (floors 7–15 only) and non-smoking rooms available.

The value is not there for what the charge was for the room. We had to ask for towels the 2nd day as they were not provided. The elevators were slow. We ate at the restaurant and the service was beyond slow.

Our favorite place for vacation is south lake tahoe. Our only hotel choice is Montbleau. Thank you again for making it a great trip for our family and friends. We will see you in September and November!!

At check out time I was running late so I called the front desk and Stacy answered. I asked her if I can have an extra 15-20 minutes and in her condescending voice she said “No .. you have to be out by 12:00pm sharp. If not you will be charged another night. “ She was very rude. I asked to talk to a manager named Sal But she said he was in another room. When I went downstairs he was there and told me he was there and heard everything. I asked him why he didn’t answer the phone and talk to me. He had no answer. He was no help and very cold. Didn’t try to make us feel very welcome. I had to check out in a hurry with my hair wet, no make up and stuff my clothes in my luggage. I have never been treated this way. I have stayed in better hotels and cheaper hotels and never have they not let me stay a few minutes over. I was a Travel Agent for AAA and never had any complaints from my clients about going over a few minutes in a hotel. You guys are the first. I will never recommend your hotel and I will never stay there either. Very bad customer service. Read less

We stayed for four days enjoyed great food every restaurant is really good. Had some good luck in the casino and everything is always clean. The front desk is always friendly and professional and Thursday night was free. This is my third year in a row here and the forth will be coming soon.
