The staff was super apologetic and moved us to a room away from the noise. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff were. We were able to eat our late night pizza on the rooftop and it’s an experience I’ll forever be thankful for. Cute room and decor. Wish we would have stayed longer to use the pool and facilities! I must say, this hotel was made for the minimalist who appreciates detail and character. Appearance: Rustic on the outside, classy and swanky on the inside. Modern, woody and earthy vibes. Succulent plants at the outside dinning area, the servers (Kim, Juan, Genty and Gunkoo sorry if I butchered your name) were all inviting and made our special occasion amazing. Jessica helped get us sorted checking in, and Aktoty let us leave in peace! Rooms: Everything you need is there. Don’t trip. Just get there and you will see. We had the room with the terrace (thanks Jessy for the block). My girlfriend and I felt the importance of character. Even loved the gold accents in the bathroom. The views of midtown Manhattan, from the Brooklyn side are enjoyable. Summary: Just book and come to the Williamsburg. You won’t be let down. Great staff, excellent menus, great environment to mingle and enjoy what life has to offer. Cheers! Eric Ogada, RRT Read less
