189 rooms on 4 floors in 1 building. All newly renovated with cable TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Our room (109) was spacious, beautifully clean and contained 2 comfortable double beds. The bathroom was a good size and had a shower over a bath. Toiletries were in refillable containers both at the hand basin and the bath/shower. There was a laundry for guest use - $2 each for washing machine and dryer, $2 for laundry powder. Very handy! Toiletries were in refillable containers both at the hand basin and the bath/shower. There was a laundry for guest use - $2 each for washing machine and dryer, $2 for laundry powder. Very handy! The hotel restaurant, The Keg, served delicious meals and a lovely buffet breakfast. Located on the edge of town, it was a 25 minute walk to the centre. However, it was right on the route for the Roam bus which was convenient for getting to sightseeing spots. The hotel provided complimentary 2 day transit passes for the Roam bus! He gave us the lowdown on Baniff, where to eat, and what tours to take. He also gave us free three day bus passes. The room was comfortable with an excellent shower and good WiFi. Location is ok, about a mile walk to the main area on Banff Ave and also about a block or so from closest bus stop. Stayed here for two nights as part of a group for Rocky Mountaineer and it was underwhelming. Location is ok, about a mile walk to the main area on Banff Ave and also about a block or so from closest bus stop. Hotel provides complimentary 3 day bus pass so be sure to ask at front desk for one. Staff at front desk didn't seem interested in helping when I tried asking questions about the area. Room was uncomfortably hot (83F) when I arrived and then found out there is no air conditioning. Opened the window and left it open for the remainder of the stay. Cabinets were marked up and looks like someone let their kids draw all over them with markers. Sheer curtain had what looked like cigarette burns and vent in bathroom had dust hanging out of it. Several hairs in bathtub when I went to take a shower. Toilet was so close to vanity I banged my elbow off the counter numerous times and had to sit sideways. The toilet paper was behind the toilet so I had to move it to use it. Didn't have breakfast on site, but did have a boxed breakfast one day. This included a juice box, orange, granola bar, small pastry, a couple pieces of cheese (which tasted funny), and a yogurt. I wouldn't normally pick this place on my own and since it was part of a group it was ok since we only slept in the room. Read less

Our room felt like we were staying in someone’s mountain cabin. It was quite cozy. There are not modern amenities like charging areas, air conditioning or task lighting, but the bed was comfy, the staff was pleasant, and we could walk to many restaurants.
