We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. Fantastic location, clean and tidy. As we were there at Christmas the staff put on drinks and nibblies for the guests. Was a lovely gesture and a chance for guests to get to know each other. Thoroughly recommend

I stayed here before in 2014 and there was a hot tub... but since then it has been removed! I didn't find out until I arrived at check-in so that was a bummer. Some websites still show the hot tub from before and list it as an amenity. You cannot get a better location in Banff... (well maybe the Mount Royal, since they are right in front of the ski bus). There are two coffee shops and 5+ restaurants within a 2 min walk... Beaver Tails dessert pastry is around the corner. This is the HEART of Banff and that is why I decided to stay again... well that and I scored a deal. Rooms were as cozy as ever. The balcony was a nice "fridge" for our drinks. We had no issues with noise. It is a bit of a maze inside and Breakfast could be better but it is better than in most places with a good selection. They should get a waffle maker though. Heated underground parking was affordable and secure. We also had a nice ski/board storage area. Service was nice and the cookies are a good touch. Read less

Great friendly place to staff with staff always at the ready to help out. Plenty of room in rooms which were clean. Location in centre of town allows access to most pickup points restaurants etc. thoroughly recommend Brewsters Mountain Lodge.

Great centrally located location in historic Banff. Older hotel but well maintained, quiet and very comfortable with underground heated parking as an added perk! The front desk staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Breakfast was included and while not extensive it was tasty and hit the spot.
