Went to the breakfast buffet at the Vermillion Room in the hotel. Fantastic and lots of choices. Server Amanda is awesome. She remembered us from the day before and asked about our activities. She was attentive and made us to-go coffees. She is also a great mind reader. Every time I thought to myself, I could use a little more coffee, she… Read more

Well worth the once in a lifetime experience! Yea we felt out of place with the wealthy, but the great, mostly young staff were like family to us! We could go on and on about them all! Our fav place to eat? Stock of course! Our style and folk working in there. But Castello was 5⭐️ meal including to die for veal Parmesan tomahawk and seafood linguini. I would say we’ll definitely be back, but alas $$$$. That said, we are sending our doctor kids, Dr. Laura will love it all, Chateau Lake Louise too. Read less

This amazing hotel is breathtaking to behold upon arrival, and the interior common areas continue to astound and impress. However, our room was pretty small and we had the tiniest hotel bathroom we have ever experienced (and heard that it was the norm, according to other guests). But it is undoubtedly a wonderful location within Banff, and the… Read more

We stayed for two nights and were upgraded to a room with a view overlooking the Bow river. The room was very small but clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were always cheerful and had no complaints with our stay.
