The bathroom was moldy, the shower fixture falling off, and cabinets’ doors loose and falling off the hinges. Location and exterior is beautiful. The staff was friendly and the food was quite good.

The high tea experience at fairmont is truly amazing. The Rundle bar is facing mountains. It’s a great spot to drink tea and enjoy some desserts with the scenic view. Service by Rebeccah was really great. Would definitely recommend this place.

From the time we drove up and met the valet until the time we left 4 days later, picking up or car from the valet the experience was exceptional. Valet parked the car and we checked in. We were in our room for just two minutes and the Bus Boy arrived with our luggage. The room was not large but very well decorated with high quality fittings. We had our dog with us. He was a registered guest and always greeted by name. We attended a different restaurant each night and they were all great. A varied menu and excellent service. We used the pools several times and it was a wonderful experience. The change rooms were large, neat, with complimentary locking lockers. Tons of towels and a nice pool bar. We tried the outdoor salt pool and the indoor hot pool. Both were a pleasure to use. Read less

Excellent service, high quality rooms, amazing views. Great location. Large selection of activities. Excellent outdoor pool with unique experience , heated in the winter temperature. We enjoyed the tour to lake Louise with Scott Berry- an excellent guide that knows the area like the palm of his hand.
