When rooms are renovated, the entire room should be renovated, including the rugs, bathroom, etc., and cleaning and dining room staff need to pay more attention to detail, as there was mold around the tub, giant cobwebs above the curtains, the renovated room had frayed carpet the sugar brought to the dining room table had been wet and was hard and had yellowed in the pouches. The food was way overpriced and the coffee is served almost cold. By the second cup, I knew it was not a oversight. Not a good first impression for a hotel of this caliber. Read less

Great room, beautiful hotel, great food and friendly staff. I traveled with my family and we enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the amenities it had to offer. I always enjoy staying at Fairmonts and this was no exception. Thanks!

Loved my stay here. Comfortable and relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful. The spa on location was fantastic and I could even book the pool for myself. It was a great experience. I highly recommend.

They gave us a free sparkling wine and desert because of the occasion. The Eggs Benedict for breakfast was very good. The Fairmont is an old Hotel. The room we stayed in was a bit smaller… Read more
My wife and I travelled to the Fairmont for one night away from our kids to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. The staff was attentive and more than friendly. They gave us a free sparkling wine and desert because of the occasion. The Eggs Benedict for breakfast was very good. The Fairmont is an old Hotel. The room we stayed in was a bit smaller than one would expect in a new Hotel. But the Fairmont is charming and timeless, clean, comfortable bed, thick towels, good hvac and a step back in time. It easy to imagine that it is 1940 or so and you are a High Roller just arriving on the train. Definitely recommend. Read less

As always pleased with Fairmont Palliser. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and met all the Covid 19 safety requirements. Booking online was easy, I was given lots of different options to choose from. On the day of my booking, I received texts welcoming me and offering assistance for my arrival.
