The Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I travel a lot for work purposes and the fact that the BMO Center is just down a few blocks was great, gave us a chance to walk outside everyday and see what was around. Enjoyed Our Stay!

I was very impressed with this Hotel. I travel a lot and it isn't often I stay in a place like this. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. The hotel had very excellent and delicious food. I would highly recommend to my friends, family and colleagues to stay here.

Ridiculous! Shower lacks volume and requires constant adjustment while showering. Would stay there again but hope that they get their act together. Read less

This hotel has extremely variable rates, and engages in still price gouging when they feel the market will bear it. In the end, its a Hampton with lipstick. Without the complementary breakfast. Or the fridge in your room. Or new bathroom fixtures. It appears to be an old apartment building that's been converted into a hotel or something. It… Read more

Or the fridge in your room. Or new bathroom fixtures. It appears to be an old apartment building that's been converted into a hotel or something. It has that feel. I will say the bathroom condiments are good quality though. Not a disaster, but needs work before it can achieve its premium aspirations. Read less
