We stayed at this hotel as part of our overall tour and it just didn't measure up when compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at along the way. It's location is quite good being just a short 10 minute or so walk from the city centre and you could also catch a tram if feeling lazy. Our check in was handled well and the staff were most accommodating in storing our luggage as we were a little early to access our room. Our rooms were more than adequate, reasonably spacious and well furnished. From here things went downhill. Unfortunately the hotel is located right on the tram line so when they start up around 4.30am, give or take, your sleep quality goes out the door. We found this disconcerting to say the least. Also the housekeeping at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Our room was not serviced once whilst we were there for whatever reason. This was despite, on one occasion, confirming that we wanted our room cleaned. We returned late that afternoon and nothing was done. Overall a tad disappointing and, taking into account the noise factor (more than just the trams), I would be reluctant to recommend this hotel. Read less

It’s a good hotel for business travellers. Front desk staff were courteous and fast. My room (1902) is clean and has a small desk and separate bathroom. Moxies downstairs is convenient. It’s about 20 mini from YYC, that’s about $45 by taxi. I think they have a shuttle bus, too.

There is a great parkade right below the hotel. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. They have us an early check in at no additional cost. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, better for one person than two. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is undergoing renovation and the room we had was great. It was big enough for two, very clean and the bathroom was lovely and very modern. It's in a great location right on the 'free' section of the transit line. Their restaurant was good with a good menu to suit all. Very friendly, helpful staff and generally a pleasant ambience.

I had a piece of paper by previous guests in the room by the bed that stayed there the whole time I was there, Housekeeping never removed it. I had to request coffee refil beacuse they never put a replacemnt for the used coffee. There is fridge in the room but it's turned off and ddn't smell good. The front desk staff are NOT nearly as othert hotels image of dress, etc. They basically run a nicer facility like a motel, if that makes sense. The gym was OK, small room with limited equipemnts. Parking was $5 on the weekends and jumped to $25 on week days!!!! 5 times the cost so don't bring a car, if you can avoid it. Read less
