Staying here for one night prior to flying home. Impressed with the spacious modern room & large bathroom. Central location in downtown Calgary near the train stop. We ate in Moxies next door which had great food & service. Nice small pool on the mezzanine floor.

Hotel is ok. We didn’t find front desk very friendly when we booked in and were not very happy that you could hear the trams which seem to run frequently in our room. Plenty of towels in bathroom and it was spacious. We will be recommending to our travel agent that they consider other hotels as an option for Calgary. Read less

Excellent service from our receptionist Chaitah. She was extremely helpful and she had a lovely warm nature. A credit to the hotel. The room was perfect, and the bathroom had plenty of white, fluffy towels. The location was very close to the tram stop. Underground secure carpark.

Booked for one night , convenient location and value. The lobby looks okay and the elevator floor corridors look bright and modern. The view was facing the rooftop of the Tim Hortons building across the street. Connected to the Plus 15 skywalk network. Sketchy people are around the Tim Hortons. Read less

Clean and well appointed rooms. Busy hotel with adequate staff. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Security at the front door useful after hours - I always felt safe despite being a female solo traveller. Overall I was impressed and would return.
