Restaurants and shops on site. Had lunch in the cafe eatery it was ok just basic but finding a table to sit apwas difficult. Dinner in the restaurant was very underwhelming in fact very dark food was terrible service lacked. Waited 15 mins to order and 45 mins for food. Very disappointing certainly not value at all. But the location and property was very nice. Read less

This is one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed. To say the view is breathtaking would be an understatement. The hotel service is very good but in line with the quality of the place auxiliary services including food services are quite pricey. But it’s a bucket list place.

My husband and recently stayed here in a golf junior suite. The room and view is amazing. The golf lounge and staff were accommodating and helpful. There are two great teahouse hikes at your backdoor! The only thing lacking was the pool. It did not feel like Fairmont quality but I learned after our stay that we had access to the spa amenities… Read more

It did not feel like Fairmont quality but I learned after our stay that we had access to the spa amenities since we were on the gold floor. That would have been nice to know. Read less

Over priced accommodation and food/service wasn't worth the money we paid. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the location and although I loved being on Lake Louise, I would not book here again. It was a bit of a disappointing stay

We felt welcomed by everyone from the moment we drove on the property. We were pleasantly greeted by valet person who made us comfortable leaving car & luggage. The check in process could not have been smoother. The room was perfect with lake view. Restaurant with lake view met all our expectations. Hope we can visit again.
