Beautiful hotel and wonderful location. Amazing service. The food wasnt the best but I really enjoyed my stay here. The lake was still frozen and covered in snow while we were there, which was a bummer. I should have done better research. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was beautiful with a Lake view. Clean and well equipped. Check in was excellent, Akash went above and beyond. Wallister Stube experience dinner was incredible, wine pairings were great and server Antoine really knew his menu and wines to deliver excellent service as did the awesome team there. Stef and Paige at breakfast in the Poppy Brassiere did a great job of looking after us and the buffet was excellent value and delicious. All in all a great experience. Would recommend. Read less

Amazing view. Great friendly staff and beautiful property. Service is first class. Food was very good. Breakfasts were great. It is not necessary to be a hiker to enjoy the property. Already planning our return.

We had what the Brits would call High Tea at the Chateau. You make a reservation for it directly as it only available at one of the restaurants. We had what the Brits would call High Tea at the Chateau. You make a reservation for it directly as it only available at one of the restaurants. It is a bit pricey but if you want to make a wonderful memory it is a winner! It is a fixed price menu that consists of a taster (an amuse bouche) to start the meal followed by a set selection of mini sandwiches and scones. Of course there is an extensive menu of teas available as part of the meal. The dessert is an all you can eat buffet of the some of the most delectable pastries that I have ever eaten. They are works of art that delight both the eye and the tongue. Service from our server Richard was outstanding. He exemplifies how you would be expected to be treated in a fine dining establishment. On top of all of this, you have outstanding views of the Lake and surrounding mountains. The tea lunch was served from 12 noon until 2pm when we were there. This lunch was an advance celebration of our 47th wedding anniversary and my wife was delighted. I highly recommend it a a memory maker. Read less
