Deluxe Rooms are larger in size with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We booked a lake facing room and enjoyed it SO much. The room is modern and clean.
Location is great too — we were able to visit
Multiple locations being based in Lake Louise.

Staff were without doubt Exceptional from every point of arriving- dropping off the car at Valet services and a welcome reception.
Meals were great at the to restaurants we tried and very reasonable as well as providing a broad selection.
The shopping inside the hotel brought a real smile to our faces, providing basics , a coffee shop for pastries and hot drinks etc, gift shops and high end gifts had we needed them.
Walks around the lake were beautiful and virtually all the visitors were polite whether from hotel or the local tours.
The lake and surroundings are just amazing

The public areas were OK but nowhere to sit in a casual lounge to relax if you were not a day tripper. There were always queues at the bar. The room was the most disappointing, being very small with a tiny bathroom. Not the standard we expected in a Fairmont Hotel.

A unique experience to be experienced at least once and treasured for a lifetime and we were pleasantly surprised by a special gift in the suite to celebrate our anniversary. One could argue that a premium price must be paid to experience this hotel, so if you're budget conscious, you need to consider that factor before booking here. To be honest, spectacular natural beauty is within easy reach at cheaper prices almost anywhere within the national park area, so if that's your prime criteria, skip this hotel. Afterall, you can just come here to take in the scenery for few hours without booking the hotel. But, if you're a seasoned traveller(s), who treasure the precious moments in our remaining lifetime, and before the environmental havocs engulf us all and makes travel that much more difficult (we had to alter our plans due to disaster in Jasper), consider what kind of travel experience is important to you. For us, this wonderful place filled our needs thoroughly.

As first time visitors, we weren't sure whether the hype will be justified. But right from the check-in experience we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, attention to our needs, room amenities and decor, and the ambience of this place. The staff at the 7th floor went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
