We are eternally grateful to each and every member of the Fairmont Banff Springs team especially Alex who lead the 10 am historical tour (5/21/24) and Lucy Cook who helped us plan our activities for the next few days. And then there’s Lily, the Canine Ambassador. This is our 5th Fairmont stay ~ looking forward to many, many more.

Fantastic location, truly in the middle of nature. Stepping out of the hotel, hiking trails start in all directions, and postcard-worthy views can be admired in all windows. Great range of services, from yoga classes to walking tours. The castle itself is beautiful and welcoming. I attended a work event, which was well organised and catered.
