We would appreciate a more polite way to talk to us like the way we talked to her. On the next day, we had direction question to ask the dining reservation desk, but the ladies there didn’t even bother to answer the question but just told us to go to other place to ask in a rude way as well. All staff, check in, concierge, valet, bell, cleaning and restaurant are excellent. All friendly and courteous. The restaurant staff at Fairview turned an excellent meal into an experience. We stayed for two days as a splurge and it was worth it. There is sticker shock when you first book as the summer rates are high but once you are there you can really appreciate the area and this hotels picture perfect location. We hiked to Lake Agnus Teahouse early in the morning and had the trail to ourselves of which we were told doesn’t happen in the afternoon. We were also able to do a sunset hike up to Fairview Lookout and it was much quieter than trying to battle the crowds during the day. During the day they also run a separate bus over to Moraine Lake so you don’t have to take the Parks Canada busses and try to find a reservation for those ones. As for the hotel itself you get access to all the best picture spots of the lake when staying at the hotel. The gardens outside on the lake reserved for Hotel Guests Only make getting that perfect picture easier with the crowds during the day. Dined in Louiza for dinner and breakfast and the staff was excellent! Thank you to all the staff for making this a memorable experience! Read less
