I had a nice room on the 25th floor with a view towards the park/downtown. Room was spacious with two queens a desk and a seating area but I didn't spend much time in the room anyways. I had a nice room on the 25th floor with a view towards the park/downtown. Room was spacious with two queens a desk and a seating area but I didn't spend much time in the room anyways. TV had relatively limited channels and an annoying hotel remote. Elevators are super fast but I was there for a large event so there were often long queues to get on when we all went on break / finished our meetings at the same time. Food was provided for us buffet style and was generally pretty good with a variety of options. Location is great if you want to be downtown - very close to the train station and the Bell Centre. Price was a bit steep ($300+ was the estimate online, in hindsight I should have probably called the front desk to see if they could do better) - I stayed in Montreal a few days longer after my event ended and opted to move to a cheaper accommodations farther from downtown. Walkable to train station, but we were warned of homeless along the way. Hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best feature of this hotel is the concierge lounge. Great for breakfast and hearty appetizers in the evening. Great views as well. Service in concierge lounge was great, especially from Sara. We like Montreal and we liked staying at this hotel. Would stay here again and would recommend to others, especially Marriott elites who have access to the concierge lounge. Read less

The staff are extremely friendly. Excellent service all around. I would like to give a special mention to Alexia who took the time to speak to my wife and I in the Club Lounge. Some of the staff was nice and friendly, but service at the counter for check out could be better. 2 ladies at the counter, no customer other than me in sight and still zero eye contact to at least tell you to wait or to come forward to check in or check out. Waiter at the lobby restaurant during morning hours was rude and made me feel like I was not welcomed. Also, poor soundproofing of the rooms, could not sleep peacefully at night, the room besides was beeing super loud, but also you could hear the doors being opened and closed. I get that is it an hotel, but the rooms could have better soundproof. Wa there for a work panel, would not chose to come back other wise. Read less

We walked everywhere from this location and found it to be in a great area with many nice restaurants just a short distance away. Our room was on the 34th floor, with a beautiful view of the city! It was clean and modern. If you have status with Marriott, they have a lounge that is open from early morning until 10pm serving breakfast, early evening appetizers and snacks, and beverages in between! It’s a lovely place to just sit and relax and again enjoy many views of Montreal (it’s on the 37th floor). Each and every hotel employee we encountered was helpful and kind. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Read less
