The clean towels smelled like dish rages, I stayed here in the past and it was great, no issues this time it sucked. No working ice machines on any floor, The Jacuzzi had bugs in it,clean but the caulking around it was gone. I feel sorry for the maid service ,they were bombarded with complaints and did their best. We had to ask for towels , they want you to use them over and over. This is not what I expect fore $500.00 a night. It was a nightmare and glad it is over. Just a never again moment. The thing is no one cares , they don't count on return business and just don't care. Everything is in need of repair and everyone is standing around doing nothing. I don't think the maintenance department could change a tire, I am glad to be leaving, and I would not come back if they paid me. Read less

A perfect stay. I can't imagine a hotel with a better view of both the Horseshoe and American Falls. We had room 1622 which was a "Superior Fallsview Guest Room, High Floor". Not inexpensive during fall colors season but our view was magnificent- we couldn't have been closer to the Horseshoe Falls- right outside our large picture window. The view… Read more

We had 2 rooms on the 15th floor with a perfect view of both the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls. Our room had a king with a large jetted tub. The room was clean and well appointed. The parking lot for self-parking is a 2 min walk @ $45/day and valet is $65/ day unlimited access and they use the same lot !!! The only drawback I experienced was the buffet downstairs. 4 passes for breakfast were incl’d in our stay. Sone of the items offered were good, others like the institutional powdered scrambled eggs were lame, bland a major turnoff. Pastry muffins would make good door stops, The Starbucks in the lobby served diluted over-iced drinks. Not my style, a true ripoff. If you want one of the best places to stay on the Canadian side this is it. But it’ll cost ya’. Check it out !! Rich Read less

Stayed there in the past, however my most recent stay was just terrible. I booked several rooms and found that there is need for a remodel. House keeping was poor also with many dirty corners and overall lack of care. The entire AC was inoperable in the wing due to a malfunction that lasted my 2 night stay. I personally was in a duplex room and found stains on the chairs, carpet, and the curtains on the second floor were locked open which means anyone staying in the room was up at dawn. Customer service to deal with this was non existent. Look elsewhere. Read less

Despite paying extra for a room on a higher falls view we were allocated the 12th floor but managed to get 14th floor. View was pretty good but we were close to a part of the hotel that sticks out disrupting the view and making the room feel closed in. However we were lucky enough to be allocated a room on the 22nd floor after our first night and the difference was amazing. Watching the sun rise, the lights and fireworks over the falls was out of this world. The breakfast was very good but very expensive if not included in your room rate. The lady making the omelettes was super efficient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice but the spa was expensive and the outside hot tubs only separated from the road by a fence. Not that luxurious. Read less
