The Hilton staff did a fine job. We arrived at the time of the world wide computer outage. The staff did their best to register guest by hand. The valet service was excellent. I was driving an exotic car, and the parking garge was full, however, the valet found me safe space to park my car.

This is to be the worst Hilton I’ve ever 45 minutes to check in then they assigned it to the wrong person even though I asked for photo ID the room is the size of a shoebox staff is very unhelpful. Hardly being called a Hilton. I’m sure I’m gonna get back my Hilton honours after this absolutely terrible service no hospitality at all stay away from… Read more

Horrible Hotel stay away if it all possible took over 45 minutes to check in still didn’t have the right rooms available to managers. Use a lot of words but did nothing never ever ever stay at this this again. Worst hospitality you could ever imagine. Will give up my Hiltons Honours account!

Worst hilton experience ever. 40min check in queue No recognition for hilton gold member or staying in a suite for $1600 dollars for 2 nights.
