Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Suites

Niagara Falls, Niagara

The hotel

Everyone knows ‘waterfall views’ top the hotel wish list for every Niagara visitor. And that’s exactly what Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Suites delivers. In fact, TripAdvisor voted it in the Top 10 Hotel Rooms Views in the World. But it’s The Watermark Restaurant on the 33rd floor that really provides the photo ops: with its multi-level seating and floor-to-ceiling windows forcing the farm-to-fork menu to take second stage. One floor up and the rooftop Myst Lounge throws in extra selfie spots — and cocktails. Once you’ve had your fill of the falls, you can head to the adjoining Fallsview Casino; the hotel’s chill-out pool with its spiralling waterslide, hot tub, and sauna; or its other dining venues, from an all-you-can eat Brazilian ‘churrascaria’ steakhouse to an all-you-can-eat Southern-style barbecue smokehouse.

The room is big and space. The furnitures have dust. I love the spectacular views from our rooms. I was surprised to have breakfast vouchers for 4 people because the initial was for 2 people. That’s nice of Hilton. The WEGO shuttle service was not available so Hilton gave us free parking for 3 nights each.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Good location but the North Tower needs more elevators. Stay here if you like doing stairs.

Our family found the hotel to be clean and the two bedroom suite we reserved had lovely views. The beds were comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast once. The portions were incredibly small and quite pricey. However, the most disappointing of all was that it took forever to get an elevator. Catching an elevator from the Lobby always had a wait but the line moved because there were employees helping to secure elevators for those waiting. However, any time we wanted to leave our room we either had to wait for at least 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive or walk down 27 flights of stairs (not kidding). While the hotel was nice and in a convenient location, I would not stay in the North Tower again due to the elevator issue alone. There are not a sufficient number of elevators to support 51 floors. I paid $2000 for 3 nights to spend a good portion of my time either waiting for an elevator or walking down 27 flights of stairs. Read less

We had one pod of coffee and not replenished. … Read more

So disappointed that our first hotel stay post lockdowns was here. The room was drab + dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty + sticky. The shower, tub and towels were clean and the bed linens looked fine. All amenities have been removed and there is no daily housekeeping to "keep us safe". If you want clean towels, kleenex or toilet paper, you're advised to call housekeeping. However, all phone lines are busy constantly. I had to find housekeeping in the hallway to get toilet paper. The worst thing was the noise for both nights we stayed there: a rumbling and whooshing from the elevators? although we were down the hall from them. Even with earplugs I couldn't sleep. The signs in the lobby promising "enhanced cleaning" are laughable. I've never seen a room so dirty in this hotel. Time to restart daily housekeeping Hilton! To top it all off, upon checkout we weren't asked about our stay but were told that they had us in a totally different room. Needless to say we won't be back. Read less
