This was an amazing hotel! Our room had a floor to ceiling window overlooking the falls. The hotel was accommodating, clean and beautiful! I would definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone who is planning on visiting the falls!

Our room on the 29th floor had the best view of the falls! It was a pleasure for the eyes! The room was quite outdated, carpets were old and stained. Heating system needs renovation. Bed was impeccable and the general cleaning was ok when we checked in. Due to COVID, there was no cleaning during our stay, so for example no towels change and no toilet paper re supplied. It was quiet enough to have a good rest. The front desk personnel was kind and helpful. The parking price is excessive ($35+tax per day). The hotel’s restaurant Milestone prices are also exaggerated. Location is good. Read less
