A Love Lock Bridge is just outside the back door of this Marriott. ❤️ Short walk to the railway incline that takes passengers down to the Falls. Tanay at the front desk was truly outstanding in every way re: our memorable stay. Zabbi was most helpful when we checked out. Crystal in the lounge was very personable and Mike (valet), was very helpful with all our questions, too. We appreciate their combined efforts, our thanks to all. Read less

Very disappointed with the experience! For this price I expected more than a bare minimum. There were no bathrobes or slippers, no toiletries (only tine soap and mini lotion), no breakfast, no snacks. There're just 2(!) bottles of the cheapest water, not enough towels, no specials for birthday. This is unacceptable! There's also some confusion at… Read more

There're just 2(!) bottles of the cheapest water, not enough towels, no specials for birthday. This is unacceptable! There's also some confusion at the front desk, the staff should be more friendly and accommodating! The view of the falls was nice though and thanks for accommodating my requests for higher floor and early check in. The room and jacuzzi were very clean. Pricy breakfast was also good. But despite these nice things I would not recommend this hotel. Look somewhere else for a more client oriented accommodations. Read less

The whirlpool spa was wonderful after a day touring the Falls attractions. We found the bed very comfortable and the views of the Falls were beautiful. Fabbi and all the staff we interacted with, were very friendly and helpful. It’s located within walking distance of many attractions. ( the Casino, Journey behind the Falls, the the Niagara Parks Greenhouses) and the “WEGO” Hop-on/Hop-off bus service is right outside offering easy access to anywhere in the Falls area. The reception staff were super helpful. Breakfast was much better than we expected. We didn't eat in the restaurant as there were limited vegetarian options. It was nice having the swimming pool and gym, albeit that the pool is in need of a makeover. We treated ourselves to the spa which was great. The hotel is a bit out of town which in our view was a good thing and there are buses that take take you to all the sights. Read less

The view in room 2117 is amazing! Dinner at Mortons was very good. The problem happened when I went to grab a towel after a shower and it was soaking wet. Apparently a used and wet wash cloth was left behind on the towels. This place could be amazing but based on other reviews it seems like the cleaning is always an issue.
