I have stayed here in the past a long time ago. We stayed this time 1 night the weekend of the eclipse. The hotel is expensive. The valet is expensive. The self-park option is a challenge. Now, if you have a room with a view of the Falls, it's worth it. The view from this hotel is spot on. The room was spacious, nice, it was clean, and the… Read more

Now, if you have a room with a view of the Falls, it's worth it. The view from this hotel is spot on. The room was spacious, nice, it was clean, and the bathroom was large and updated. It had a large shower. Easy access to walking, shops and the Falls. Read less

Lovely property. Beautiful view from the 16th floor. All the staff has been so helpful. Shout out to Monica at the front desk for going above and beyond to take care of us. We stayed in the bi-level and everything was perfect. Check in was so easy.

Best room view of both falls. The night view is impeccable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bath and shower. You can either valet your vehicle or self park a short walking distance. Definitely a go to if staying at Niagara Falls. Walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel includes a pass to the city transit (Wego) bus. Takes you to… Read more

We booked this hotel primarily for the view, and it did not disappoint. The views are amazing-spring for a "fallsview" room. We downloaded the app, which was helpful as we arrived a little early. The front desk easily accommodated as our room was ready. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the view! This is a vacation! If you want, you… Read more

The front desk easily accommodated as our room was ready. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the view! This is a vacation! If you want, you can sit in this room and eat every meal in front of this view! The rooms are good. The beds are firm. The room has full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are more than enough towels. We used room service and had a few meals delivered to the room. They were pleasant and courteous. Starbucks is in the lobby for coffee in the morning. We had drinks in the bar... yummy. We also ate dinner at Morton's Grille. The salmon was amazing! We used valet parking. Pricy, but worth it. Gift shop had many items that the shops didn't have. All in all, this was one of our best vacations. Spend the money. You are worth it. Read less

The room was exactly as described. We booked a “Superior Fallsview, Guest room” on the 18th floor. The room was pretty clean and the view was fantastic. The outside of the window was quite dirty though. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the greatest during the time we went. The staff were all very friendly. We paid for the extra package that included breakfast and credit at the spa. Breakfast was held at the Terrapin Café. We were quite disappointed in the breakfast since it was like any other hotel breakfast. At the end of breakfast they give you the bill and ask for gratuity even though it’s part of the breakfast package. The spa was quite nice, my husband and I each got an hour massage(well worth the money). The hotel also does have a pool and hot tub that are separate from the spa. The parking is quite expensive considering you have to walk a couple blocks to get to the lot. Overall the area is very expensive and almost everywhere charges tourist fees. It was a great experience but we probably will not be back. Also this time of year many places in town were not open. Read less
