Image of the Tripadvisor rating The saddest club level in the Marriott family

We are Marriott “Elite/Titanium” and got upgraded to a room with an amazing view. Was the room a “junior presidential suite?” I’m dubious. More infuriating is the abysmal club/concierge level. Ok, I accept that this is one of the few Marriott properties that doesn’t have beer/wine available (seriously?), but when you are out of diet soda… Read more

Ok, I accept that this is one of the few Marriott properties that doesn’t have beer/wine available (seriously?), but when you are out of diet soda options for three days and cannot figure out how to remedy it, there is a problem. Multiple guests were discussing and trying to figure out who was asleep at the wheel. How about a call to the lobby bar for a $.35 soda gun fill up? How about a room credit while I purchase the over-priced vending machine version? How about a new food and beverage manager!? If this was the problem resolution for titanium level, I cannot imagine the service level for other levels. Cannot wait to pay my maintenance fees for all this top shelf service! Read less

Marriott did not disappoint. Had complimentary upgraded room at check in with a fabulous view of the falls. Room was big and very clean. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Had breakfast package included in room rate and it was very good. Omelette station was excellent. No complaints and very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ready when we arrived in the afternoon it was clean, AC was working fine and most of all the view was breath taking. We were on the 22nd floor falls view, it was a little pricey, but it was worth it. We valet parked our car and used the bus to get around,… Read more

Love the small Starbucks place in the lobby. Read less

This is the worst Marriott we’ve ever stayed at and we are Marriott people with status. We give it 1/5 stars, with one star for the view from a falls view suite and decent food. It was the dingiest, darkest room we have ever stayed in. No light! I cannot emphasize this enough. DARK. It was odd. Dirty. In desperate need of an update. That said, it probably has the best view in the area IF you have a high floor falls view room. Location is very convenient. However, do yourself a favor and stay in beautiful NOTL 20 minutes away. If it weren’t for the falls view suite (which you can ONLY see from a high floor room due to the trees, so watch that because they claim floors 6-12 are falls view) I wouldn’t even bother. We had a falls view suite on the 18th floor. Read less
