My husband and I booked 2 nights mid week at the Marriott Fallsview. We had booked a Superior Fallsview king room with whirlpool and inquired about any promotions or upgrades that could be offered. We were upgraded to a Presidential Suite. The suite had an additional room through a set of french doors. That additional room had a couch and a chair and a beautiful view of the falls. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable, the washroom had a gigantic whirlpool tub. Warning - the tub is very slippery and the hotel does not offer any non slip mats for the tub, so we suggest you bring your own slip mat if you don't want to slide all over the tub! Nice shower but the water pressure was not good at all. We had breakfast in the restaurant there and it is no longer buffet but full breakfast service. Not too much to choose from, but it was still pretty good. There is a Starbucks on site but be warned, the prices are inflated. Very inflated. We ordered a venti and grande latte, a banana bread and one breakfast sandwich and it cost $34. The sandwich was $9.95 on it's own. Are you kidding me? We booked a couples massage at the spa with RMT's. These massages were amazing but very expensive. $487 for the 85 minute couples massage. Be warned - this hotel charges the Niagara Falls tourism tax. The spa charges it, the hotels tacks it onto your bill and then charges HST on top of the tourist tax! The restaurant charges it... everywhere. It shows up as T.F. Just ask them to remove it and they will. Great stay, great service. Just highly inflated prices all around. But we would certainly go back. Read less

The room was great, very clean and obviously great view. I was super bummed that there was no coffee maker! But you can always get a $10 coffee downstairs at Starbucks. We got some great wine and would have loved to drink it out of an actual wine glass, but this place charges $5 service fee to borrow a wine glass! At first I was told it was to deliver it to the room, which $5 is no problem then, but I went to the front desk to pick it up and it was still a $5 service fee. I’ve stayed in hundred of hotels, some not very nice and every single one has had a coffee maker and lets you borrow a wine glass for free. Btw, Turtle Jacks across the st is sooo good! Read less

This is the best view of the falls. We were on the 19th floor and it's amazing in every way. Just sit at the window hours go by and you just say wow. At night the light show is equally outstanding. You have to stay here. Just don't park here

Booked a junior suite and was blown away. Terrific room, great views and overall, the service was great. Due to Covid-19, we were only entitled to a room cleaning after our 3rd night which was not explained at check-in. Management made it right for us and we appreciate it. Will definitely return to this property - super clean and… Read more

The only reason it did not get 5 out of 5 was because the toilet kept engaging every twenty minutes or so all night long our first night which means we didn't sleep well, and the in room jacuzzi did not function properly. The rest of the suite we rented was awesome. Beautiful view of the falls as promised. The staff was polite and did an outstanding job and was quick to help rectify the problem of the toilet the next day. One bit of advise though, if you expect peace and quiet at night, don't count on it. You can hear the falls all night, but it should help put you to sleep, or have to go to the bathroom alot :) . Thank you to this wonderful hotel. Read less
