Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great staff. Nice room, but loud heating system.

The heating system struggled to heat the room. It cycled on and off every few minutes. This made for a poor night’s sleep. Next time I would request a different room. We stayed here late November for six nights. Check in and out was fine and no issues. The rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, however they are still quite comfortable and clean. We were located on the 18th floor and there was a construction site outside, below. In the morning at about 7am there was noise from this site. Well I suppose some noise is expected you are in a city. I found the noise a good thing because it got me up in the morning and ready to explore. The pool, sauna and hot tub on the 27th floor is great and a nice place to relax. The nice touch was all the Christmas decorations that had been put up in the reception areas. It looked really nice and welcoming. Read less

Stay for one night for a friend’s wedding with my wife. Rooms are outdated. Location is excellent for downtown Toronto. Value is pretty good and service. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the noise is quite loud loud in the area, sound proofing is poor. However staff are nice from my interactions.

Rooms are in desperate need of upgrading, wallpaper hanging off the walls, rust around the plug hole in the bath, curtains were filthy and covered in holes and there is zero soundproofing from the outside, sirens and people shouting heard from outside every night. Location of the hotel is good, few minutes walk to Dundas or College station.

This is great place to stay for a theatre and shopping weekend in Toronto. Centrally located for a fantastic Toronto stay it is a bit pricey but all around worth the money and the elm street diner has great food and is reasonably priced
