The hotel is in a great location, but it’s looking “tired”. Needs a little TLC. Old carpets, tub has enamel peeling off it, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, vanity has peeling paint. The lobby looked very nice though. We didn’t try the restaurant or room service, but others on our floor did as evidenced by the dishes in the hall,… Read more

Dresser and lamp wood bases had chunks of wood missing. Bathroom was tiny, baseboards were peeling away from the wall. Paint on ceiling was chipping; bathtub was clogged. No USB ports, no… Read more

Dresser and lamp wood bases had chunks of wood missing. Bathroom was tiny, baseboards were peeling away from the wall. Paint on ceiling was chipping; bathtub was clogged. No USB ports, no mini-fridge, bed were double beds not queen. (paid $163 for one night) Hotel parking was underground with a clearance height of 5'5". Hot Tub was luke-warm and jets did not work. On a positive note, the Hotel Lobby was the nicest I've ever seen and the staff was very friendly. Read less

The hotel is well located, many things nearby specially Eaton center. Good value for money hotel. Big hotel so little confusing on the first day. Long queue for check-in. Rooms are not too big but even smaller washrooms. overall not too bad

But sometimes use the desk at the regular check in as it's much faster many times. Deluxe… Read more
