1,590 rooms on 27 floors in 1 building with 12 lifts. All with air-conditioning, cable TV, kettle, iron and board, and hairdryer. Chelsea Rooms are 275 sq ft and have 1 queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Studios with Kitchenette are 325 sq ft and have a full-sized fridge, stove and microwave, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

This was my second time staying at the Chelsea. Both times the heat/AC fans were not working. I had to open the balcony door to cool the room and that caused me to be abruptly wakened at 7AM when construction noise was really loud and obnoxious.On top of that, the bathroom ventilation fan was also not functioning.

Good location. Decent coffee & excellent pastries & cake in Market café. Food otherwise pricey for quality. Don’t expect to have any control of your water or room air temp. Balconies never cleaned. Bring a hazmat suit or you’ll risk avian flu.

This is nice hotel with nice rooms in a great location. Unfortunately, the room was unbearably hot in the evening and nothing was done about it.

This is a really good hotel if you are looking for a central location and you are on a little bit of a budget. The Chelsea hotel is very nice and Central to all of the attractions that Toronto has to offer and I had no problem using it as a base for a couple of days. The beds are comfy and the room I stayed in however was a little bit tired and I feel that a refurbishment may have helped my overall stay. As for the cleanliness, I really do have no real complaints but my expectations were not exceeded. I would still give it three stars as I felt that the staff and service were of a good quality. I loved staying at this hotel so did my husband, he especially loved the sauna and I loved the breakfast and the lunch it had ready food made n I could grab what I felt like eating it was so yummy too ;) thank you 😊 no problems charging it to my room either
