No fans in the bathroom, no microwave, no fridges, and carpet old and dusty, rooms not cleaned very well. Staff is great and my check was excellent, for a standard room $185 was little ridiculous. They hotel needs to replace the carpet or soak it, it’s worn out!

Poor customer service, I had to try 2 vending machines 4 tines each (credit, 5$ bill 10$ bill, toonies, loonies and quarter) after I decided to simply go out in a nearby convenience store to get what you would believe any hotel should have: soft pop for sale. Feeling like you disturb when asking for help is a bad experience. Condition air won’t work until you apply this cheat: put temperature to 28ºC and it will start to be cool, if you try to put it at 16° it will stop working. Nice place if you want to pay to try to fix things yourself. Good location, but way better options around. Read less

I will certainly go back to the Chelsea Hotel Toronto again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of downtown, and a great place to stay. The Market Fresh Restaurant breakfast is amazing and the beds are very comfortable! Service was outstanding.

Very ecomical and value priced. Great Front End Staff willing to help! Walls and corridors dark and dreary. Welcoming Foyer and ENtrance. Clean rooms but no Fridge or Microwave. Price is great for a 1 nighter, but depressing for a long stay

We stayed in one of the family suites at the Chelsea Hotel. The space felt like home. It was nice to have the two beds in the kids room, they got a kick out of the Murphy bed. There were activities for the kids in the suite such as lego and xbox. We had a minor issue and staff dealt with it immediately. We would love to stay again when the pool reopens as it is still closed due to covid. The view from the balcony faced notth overlooking college park. It was nice to look out, even though its narrow and very windy on the 25th floor. Fortunately, the living room boasts the same view minus the panic for those who dont like heights. Great hotel, great location, great memories. Read less
