Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

This hotel has gone downhill since covid and it no longer justifies the price they ask. Long lines to check in - be prepared to wait and give up precious holiday time. Rooms are very small, which isn't an issue, but we found they lacked attention to cleaning and were not well cleaned. Parking in their garage is expensive- there are cheaper… Read more
This hotel has gone downhill since covid and it no longer justifies the price they ask. Long lines to check in - be prepared to wait and give up precious holiday time. Rooms are very small, which isn't an issue, but we found they lacked attention to cleaning and were not well cleaned. Parking in their garage is expensive- there are cheaper alternatives nearby. Price - this hotel has raised their prices significantly and you can find much better alternatives nearby, for much better value. Check around - the chelsea is not competitive with other hotels for many dates, much too expensive for what you get. Read less

Room were NOT cleaned properly. During my stay a personal belonging were seen left behind from the previous occupancy.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice,our stay there was amazing.Close to everything!!

The hotel is in a great location but is dated, however, everything worked and the hotel in general was clean. I'd have no problem staying here again as its central to everything. A few undesirables hanging around the hotel so would be cautious at night time.
