Pro- The location is convenient. Cons- the room they gave me 1110 was directly behind the elevator which was very noisy. They exchanged it to another room the following when I complained. Be wary when booking with this hotel. Check the location of the room they are giving you. Noisy AC as well and elevators can get very busy

The room was huge, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very difficult (we drive a Ford F-150) and had to pay for valet parking as a result. Our vehicle wouldn’t fit in any of the underground’s so we were stuck. The breakfasts at the restaurant in the hotel was very pricy, but the food was good and it was brought to your table… Read more

The only other downfall was there was no pool. Which was unfortunate for our children as they were excited to go swimming. When I booked the room I mistakenly thought there was a pool but I guess it’s been closed since Covid. Read less

We selected this hotel for it's close proximity to a subway station, multiple restaurants, and neighborhood walkability. We stayed here for two nights at beginning of our trip. We were part of an organised tour so hotel were pre booked. Our room was great, comfy beds, shower was efficient with plenty of hot water. Small restaurant & bar at side of reception was very good. We had Dinner and breakfast both days and thought the quality and choice was very good.

A very nice hotel with good location close to the subway station. Room was really large. At the hotel lobby, you can buy breakfast items as you wish. At reception, you got a small nice welcome back with some snacks and water. There is also a small gym. Only drawback is, the price is a little high.
