Due to the pandemic, this hotel had locked their lobby doors to the general public. There was nowhere on the website that mentions a "no guest policy" due to this. If I had known this, I would obviously not book the hotel. An employee named Joseph tried to deny me from having a friend come over who I had not seen in 3 years. He embarrassed me,… Read more
Due to the pandemic, this hotel had locked their lobby doors to the general public. There was nowhere on the website that mentions a "no guest policy" due to this. If I had known this, I would obviously not book the hotel. An employee named Joseph tried to deny me from having a friend come over who I had not seen in 3 years. He embarrassed me, argued with me, and raised his voice infront of my friend. He also revealed private and confidential guest information infront of my friend. Another employee named Carlton at the front desk did not care/show empathy when I told him the story as I checked out. Terrible, unprofessional, and embarrassing experience. Read less

The hotel was in a good location. Clean and comfortable . Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located and the driving distance to the activities we were partaking in I was close. Stores, restaurants Grocery stores and other eateries were in walking distance

Tiny, expensive room with shabby paintwork, various bodged repairs (silicon sealant on toilet to repair hinge). I paid over £800 for four nights. Really poor value for money. Staff were pleasant and professional.

The experience honestly was just okay. It’s a fairly nice building and there was nothing fundamentally wrong with my room, but a lot of little things added up and I simply wouldn’t like to stay there again. These details include: - No cooler (I didn’t realize they existed here until my business partner mentioned his) - Odd faucet design that makes it impossible to get a decent handful of water for washing your face. It’s more like a sprinkler. - Not entirely clean when I arrived: a large clump of hair stuck in the rug. - Poorly trained staff who did not know how to communicate non verbally. The only exception was the bellhop who was probably the coolest guy in the whole place. Read less
