Tiny, expensive room with shabby paintwork, various bodged repairs (silicon sealant on toilet to repair hinge). I paid over £800 for four nights. Really poor value for money. Staff were pleasant and professional.

These details include: - No cooler (I didn’t realize they existed here until my business partner mentioned his) - Odd faucet design that makes it impossible to get a decent handful of water for washing your face. It’s more like a sprinkler. - Not entirely clean when I arrived: a large clump of hair stuck in the rug. - Poorly trained staff who did not know how to communicate non verbally. The only exception was the bellhop who was probably the coolest guy in the whole place. Read less

Room decor was dated except for one painting that is shown in all the booking sites to make the room appear modern. The worst was there is no hot water - only lukewarm at best and no water pressure. The heating was also… Read more

The heating was also not working. It was freezing when we walked in and then shot up to 90. We had to turn it off to sleep because the automatic function was broken. Read less
