We just had to share our love for Anndore House! We split our Toronto trip between there and the Hyatt Regency, and let's just say Anndore totally won us over. The location is perfect. You're right in the mix of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to walk to the Royal Ontario Museum and the University of Toronto area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and they even gave us the lowdown on all the hotel perks. Our room was like a little oasis – spacious, stylish, and had this awesome record player with some vinyl to boot. The bed was cloud-like, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was included thanks to our Hyatt Globalist status, and the food at Constantine was really good. Bottom line: We loved our stay at Anndore and would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto. It's a chill spot with everything you need. Read less

We initially were a little nervous about the location but soon became regulars to the many great restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlours nearby. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the soaps and shampoos. Great job with daily cleaning. Really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is not bad but we have a couple of comments . There isn’t an adequate lounge in the hotel ,just chairs and tables in the bar . We only had one dinner which was good but not outstanding ,we thought the starter ,a gazpacho very good as was the dessert but were not over impressed by the mains. As we are British we find the price of eating… Read more
The hotel is not bad but we have a couple of comments . There isn’t an adequate lounge in the hotel ,just chairs and tables in the bar . We only had one dinner which was good but not outstanding ,we thought the starter ,a gazpacho very good as was the dessert but were not over impressed by the mains. As we are British we find the price of eating out in Canada expensive and the wine markups ridiculously expensive.Add on the taxes and expected tips and a meal becomes very expensive. The bed room was good ,we had two large comfortable beds . We found that the a.c.was badly positioned in that it blew towards our beds . A good bathroom which was missing a shaving mirror ,quite important. The window openings should be larger to allow fresh air to come in . The area around is somewhat sleazy but on the other hand it is very close to a subway and bus station . Finally ,we found the staff friendly and efficient. Read less

I visited Toronto with my husband and teenage son. The room was clean and comfortable with some fun touches like a record player. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.
