If you need to stay in the Bloor/Young Street area this is a good choice. This 10 floor boutique hotel has lots to offer. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Although the shower was a little grungy. The room even had a record player and records. Very helpful staff. There are people living in tents very close to the hotel but this is a wide spread problem. We did have a problem and asked to check their cameras but were told the outside camera was not currently working. This was only a problem for us because we needed to be able to see who stole an item. Read less

Really no complaints, it was slightly on the noisy side but not bad. The restaurant and bar were reasonably priced and the food was very good and I liked the fact if all you wanted as a cup coffee and a pastry there was a nice coffee stand right off the lobby.

Great location right Downtown! There are a lot of places to eat and do in the area. Especially close to the theater (CAA) if you are in Toronto to see a play there as we were. The hotel is a little tough to spot amongst the other store fronts as is their valet. We stopped in front for me to ask where to go and just happened to be in the right spot for the valet. The interior of the hotel is quite nice as was our room. I enjoyed the industrial chic look. The record player & old school phone were a nice touch to the decor. It was very clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the rainfall shower head. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful with my questions. My only complaint really is there are no easy food or snack options available in the hotel. The coffee shop wasn’t open the two times we tried to go and the restaurant was a little more than what we wanted. Granted we could get something delivered or go back out but it would be nice to have a couple simple options on site. In fairness, the coffee shop and restaurant are independent of the hotel. I would definitely stay at The Anndore House in the future. Read less
