The hotel

A luxurious, landmark waterfront hotel, Westin ensures your every comfort is met at the Harbour Castle. Beautifully appointed guest rooms with Westin’s signature Heavenly Bed and Bath offer a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day spent sightseeing. There’s also a heated indoor swimming pool in which to wallow and the WESTIN Workout Gym, overlooking the picturesque Toronto Islands — enough to inspire anyone to take to the treadmill! Afterwards, recline in the whirlpool or, if you’ve still energy to spare, perhaps a game of tennis or squash may tempt you. There are plenty of restaurants close by but highly recommended are both the hotel’s eateries. The Mizzen serves exquisite à la carte dishes alongside a very tempting buffet. The SuperFoods menu features revitalizing dishes made from healthy ingredients rich in nutrients, antioxidants and delicious taste so you can feel energized and at your best all day. Corner King Rooms featuring sweeping panoramic views of Lake Ontario, seating area with sofa, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Beautiful hotel at the Toronto Harbour! Lounge bar is awesome and serve drinks and great bites, with the gorgeous Don Alfonso Restaurant onsite . The views are incredible and hotel close to all ammenities. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I highly recommended !

This is a long feedback to appreciate all the amazing people working in this hotel. Jennifer and Riston at the Check in desk were very helpful with information about the hotel. On the first night, we had the worst experience at Reign in Fairmont Royal York, since this is our first time visiting Toronto. On the second night, after exploring the city of Toronto, we decided to sit at the lobby lounge in the hotel. We decided to stay in this hotel because my husband's friend mentioned that this hotel recently won the recognition of Best Marriott hotel in Canada. Surely, which was experienced throughout our stay of 3 nights and 4 days from check-in until we left the hotel. Also, Amazing Kathy served us while taking care of all we needed during dinner and spent our rest Anniversary in a sweet manner. Abhishek, restaurant manager in Chartroom was so helpful with special attention to our dietary requirements we discussed with Kathy, he immediately called in the kitchen and made sure of my allergy to shellfish. My husband is a very curious man, so he asked the manager about places of attractions here in Canada. He helped us with many travel ideas from various cities in Canada while he was asked to bookmark them on my phone, Abhishek instantly helped to bookmark these places in no time , which was very kind of him in all ways he went above and beyond in everything we asked. Surely, this showcased him being passionate about his job while he ensured that my husband's request as well to reserve a table for us in Don Alfonso (roof top restaurant) for next evening was very kind. He also arranged a special plate for our Anniversary with a message since we couldn't reserve table in Don Alfonso on same night, making this an unforgettable experience. Apparently, upon checking with Abhishek how he knows much about Canada, he happily mentioned that in his leisure time he likes to travel and do photography in remote places of nature (which we both are fond of too). Breakfast Restaurant was busy all three mornings, our server Alex was fantastic except, we found a little off vibe about the Indian Hostess - Salini, she did seem a little grumpy and grabbed the menu and walked us by the buffet and left us there. Rest of the staff we came across were amazing. Overall our stay will be unforgettable and we plan to be back next year for our Anniversary. We hope to see all the amazing staff who helped us. We informed the manager and he still refused . Bartenders were willing to serve and it was not appreciated from us the way things were last night. This was our first time at this hotel for our annual anniversary visit to Toronto and it certainly won't be our last! The exquisite lakeviews and luxurious rooms speak for themselves but what made the Westin stand out, as we've stayed in over ten Toronto hotels before, was the incredibly helpful, kind, and fantastic vibe of every single employee we ran into! From refusing to let me get my own ice and incredibly helpful luggage desk staff to always greeting me with a genuine smile and even booking my airport transportation for me without me asking, this hotel absolutely rocks and I am so glad we stayed here!
