From check-in to check-out, it was wonderful. I had the same pleasant front desk agent check me in and out, i believe her name was Federicka. She was smart, inquisitive and great at her job. She made just the right amount of small talk with me, which i truly appreciated :) My room was stunning, great city views and a large bed. The technology of the room was extremely user friendly and efficient. I never felt anything but joy while i stayed there and I am truly looking forward to my next stay so i explore more of the property and all the facilities they offer. Read less

We stayed at the PacRim in April and June of this year. The location is wonderful- the views are stunning. The rooms are very nice, the bathrooms are lovely, the beds are comfy. The food is great. The staff will go over the top to ensure a great stay. We've stayed in a number of hotels in Vancouver and this is the best! The Rosewood Georgia… Read more

The General Manager Noel and the Food and Beverage Manager Vikram went out of their way to make our trip special. They provided excellent recommendations and truly made us feel at home! The property itself is fantastic, our room was spacious and had every amenity we needed. The restaurants and bars (must try their award winning cocktails at the bar on the second floor!) were brilliant. We are already planning our return visit to Vancouver and could not imagine staying at a different hotel!! Read less

Arriving 12 hours late.....but having alerted the hotel of our very late arrival we had hoped for some effort to get us settled... No bottled water in the room. Could have been a moment to be surprised. Great breakfast. No room cleaning. Blamed it on profile but my sister's room was not cleaned and we were on a tour organized by hotel. Great… Read more

Could have been a moment to be surprised. Great breakfast. No room cleaning. Blamed it on profile but my sister's room was not cleaned and we were on a tour organized by hotel. Great tour...but no note, gift and survey as we were told would be in our rooms. Ordered dinner at 635 in lobby lounge. Parts of it came at 730 4th meal was made 20 plus minutes later but we left for the evening. Everyone lovely, kind and apologetic. Shocking really that pretty much everything was poorly executed.
