Superb hotel with very attentive staff who made sure we had a great experience from check in to check out. Having access to the Gold Lounge was a very pleasant surprise. The view from there was outstanding & the food, beverages & staff were excellent!

This was our first time staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim when staying in Vancouver but it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel has an enviable location right opposite the Vancouver Convention Centre. We had a signature harbour view room and it was excellent. The room was well laid out with a large modern bathroom. The hotel has a great atmosphere and vibe in the bar and reception area where live music is able to be enjoyed every evening. What makes this hotel even more special is the team of staff. Everyone we met was friendly and tried to help us at all times. The hotel offers a free car service within the downtown area of Vancouver if you need it. Food and drink was excellent quality. The hotel is trying to make a real effort to cut down on single use plastics and should be applauded for all its efforts. Will certainly be back when next in Vancouver Read less

The Fairmon Pacific Rim goes the extra mile. They consider every little detail, the staff is excellent and so consistent. Such a wonderful hotel in a perfect location! I recommend a trip to the willowstream spa during your stay, the facilities and services are wonderful.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim exceeded all expectations. The only small issue we had was requesting 2 cribs for our twin toddlers multiple times. Everything was noted during the booking. However, this minor hiccup did not affect our stay. The beds at this hotel was EXTREMELY comfortable. My entire family commented on this the next day.
