On Coal Harbour, next to Canada Place and a short walk to Gastown. Close to the famed Seawall leading to Stanley Park. Transfer time from Vancouver Airport: 30 minutes.

West Coast Suites are 500 sq ft and have partial harbour and mountain views, with a separate living room and 2 TVs, 1 king-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Harbour View Suites are 770-1125 sq ft and have views of the harbour, mountains and Stanley Park. They're located on the higher floors, and have 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, or 2 double beds and a sofa bed, sleeping 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The staff are amazing. The room was gorgeous, lots of light. Very clean. The bed was super comfy. We were upgraded to a partial harbour view and a king sized bed. We highly recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner and dessert but not for breakfast, not worth the price. Parking is quite expensive, it’s cheaper to pay in the parking lot than it is… Read more

Parking is quite expensive, it’s cheaper to pay in the parking lot than it is to pay at the front desk, this is very odd. For the price you pay for the hotel room you’d think that parking would be included or at least greatly discounted. It’s Vancouver I know but still. Or at least factor parking into the cost of the room and then discount the room price if the guest doesn’t have a vehicle. Very close to Stanley park, we recommend renting electric scooters at GoScoot to tour the sea wall, so much fun. Read less

We booked this hotel as we had Fairmont hotel Points and wanted to stay at this location 28 July. Beautiful hotel and so close to harbour with city views and tour buses, taxi's and other restaurants and harbour water ferry to North Shore. We are from another city and first went to Pacific Rim hotel Sister hotel to ask where was Fairmonts parking was located. My wife got told not here, got the wrong hotel, go over that direction, this was in the lobby. I asked in front parking area, and a man just unfriendly pointed to a direction, stated not here, sort of unfriendly we thought. Parking for Fairmont Waterfront is around the back and is under ground with lots of parking and elevators near by. We went into the lobby and right away a nice concerage man directed us to the front check in counter (friendly). Got Samuel and very nice friendly man and gave us all details of the room 427 West Coast Suite King with harbour view. The only items lacking is two bedroom chairs (we are seniors) and these would be more convenient and would have assisted us. We took the Stay local offer which includes self parking and daily food offer and beverage credit. But at first when we phoned All-Accor reservations it took us three tries and difficult to explain the points use for us and finally the next day got the reservation confirmed. Accor seemed difficult to use and get our reservation finalized. We loved the nice spacious room and harbour view, not a high floor but near the pool which is very nice located and we also enjoyed it with free drinks. Clean, beautiful and nice views on pool floor. For breakfast we got waitress Baba (F), who was very friendly, happy lady, experienced, a pleasure to talk to and very efficient and we got a very excellent service and sufficient food and quality. Thank you, nice area and can sit outside also with views. Check out at front counter we got Francois. We both thought what a nice man, pleasant, easy to talk to, skilled, thoughtful, and we are very glad we got this man. We travel a lot out of Canada, world travelers over 25 years and this man deserves credit for patience and trying to assist us with using our numerous amount of Accor, Fairmont hotel points. When this check out should have taken 10 minutes it took two days! This All-Accor system points did not work to retrieve them easy and no one told us that a secret code of reward points is sent to a certain E mail Address. Very difficult first to get it, as never did! We waited 30 minutes, had to use another e mail address and would not work! We tried smaller amounts of points, was very frustrating to say the least for us and Francois and people in line up also was embarrassing. Finally system crashed and thank you Francois to trust us and we left on our home trip. Francois worked very hard, efficiently and diligently and the next day he and my wife finally got Accor system to work with numerous phone calls. Thank You Francois!! We are Diamond Status but sure did not feel like it with Accor! We had to look up promotional offers on line and not offered to us over the phone. We will not ever again use Accor or Fairmont points! The experience was very stressful and not easy to access or use in a timely manner. Was not explained properly how billing would occur on our account or visa statement. This procedure and effort was very stressful for us. All the staff at Fairmont Waterfront and even the am maid are very friendly and this was a highlight of our trip here as we discussed the hotel. We will be back due to the hotel staff service. I would suggest the higher floors as you get better ocean and mountain and city views. (longbeach). Read less

Beautiful room, lovely linens. The coffee was awful though. Surprising for such a nice hotel property. The pool was great. Be mindful if you order food in from skip as they may deliver it to Pacific Rim

Went to the ARC for brunch and had Darrin as our waiter! He was absolutely the wonderful! The food and service was perfect! The food was high quality and delicious! Definitely recommend booking a reservation.
