2 nights stay was a delightful stay. The closeness to the harbour and city centre have oportunity to dine and explore the attractions of Vancouver. Room was very large with comfortable queen size bed. Hotel facilities were very nice, great place to stay.

This hotel was a 2 night stop before our Alaskan Cruise. What a perfect location for us to stay. We stayed on the 8th floor and had access to private dining room for snacks, drinks, breakfast and appetizers. All of the food choices were varied and delicious. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Great place to stay.

We stayed in the Fairmont Gold and it was wonderful. The check in, the staff, the lounge offerings, everything was top notch. The rooms and common areas were very nice and the curbside service and baggage handling and storage were perfect. This was our first stay at a Fairmont hotel and we are looking forward to a future stay(s).

We stayed for four nights before our cruise. The hotel is perfectly situated for cruise passengers, as it's directly opposite the cruise terminal at Canada Place - a nice easy and short walk. The location provides plenty of opportunities to walk to Gastown or along the waterfront, too. Lots of shops and restaurants, and the seaplane airport is a five minute walk. The Gold Concierge team could not have been more helpful; from before our arrival to after our departure, (yes, really) they were always happy to answer questions, offer useful advice and tips, and help us with booking trips. The Gold lounge and terrace were comfortable, although the terrace would perhaps benefit from some more shady parasols. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It had a great view across the harbour, too! Housekeeping were friendly and did a great job of looking after us. We enjoyed the visit to the hotel's rooftop beehives and gardens - interesting and entertaining. On departure, we were impressed to find that the bell staff collected our suitcases from our room and checked them on to the cruise for us. That's a great idea, well managed, and made for a very easy boarding experience. Overall, another excellent stay at a Fairmont hotel. We're looking forward to returning soon. Read less
