Everything about this hotel is what you would expect for the money. I had an extraordinary view of the waterfront. The room was well appointed. The bathroom spacious. I found the room extremely quiet and the temperature easy to manage - which led to a great sleep

Hotel is in a wonderful location, close to all shops and restaurants. However, we had a room the was in the hallway to the gym and pool and besdie the elevator! I should have asked to move as it was noisy and disturbed us, next time I defiantely will.

I stayed on the Fairmont Gold Floor, which is good at any Fairmont, but this experience was simply exceptional. The room was lovely with views of both the skyscrapers and the harbor. The lounge was intimate but well appointed and offered literally anything one wanted. There was a favorite Lot tea of mine that was not in their pantry but they made sure it showed up and was available along with a heated mug. The breakfasts and pre-dinners were thoughtful, delicious and beautifully presented. Incidentally, the pre dinner was more dinner than "pre"! The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating for the business traveler. You all are wonderful. But the "star" of the show was Francesca in housekeeping who turned "turn down service" into a fine art! I literally can't wait to return and enjoy the pleasures I experienced. Read less

Great location for meeting nearby. Hotel staff members couldn't have been more helpful. Fabulous site to begin walking about. Get a room with a view of the water; the mornings offer gorgeous, panoramic views.

Great location, wonderful facilities, considerate staff. This popular hotel could only be improved if its nicks and scratches were repaired and little problems addressed, like lamps that don't work, wifi that gets the hiccups, and mixed communications between front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping. But I am nit-picking because, overall, this is a wonderful hotel that provides excellent service. I will stay there again, and again if I am so fortunate. Read less
