Very Vancouver, this downtown delight brings the city’s signature cool styling, upscale-yet-casual lifestyle, and modern dining scene to your door. It might be stylish and spacious — and have free WiFi on tap — but you won’t want to spend much time in your guestroom — not when your feature-filled hotel has distractions like a gym, Life Luxe Spa, and al fresco sun deck with heated pool and hot tub. Giving you a true taste of British Columbia, Hyatt Regency Vancouver’s bars and restaurants feature fresh regional produce, sustainable seafood, local microbrews, home-grown wines, and artisanal cocktails, as well as the less-local Starbucks® for that pre- and post-sightseeing caffeine fix. The location’s very Vancouver too — eating out, shopping, and sightseeing are effortless with downtown favourite Robson Street just blocks away, and Stanley Park’s beaches, cycling, and totem poles a leisurely stroll.

Great location and Clean rooms

Great location and clean rooms. I attended a conference in the same hotel. The food was excellent. The house keeping staff did a really good job. The check-in experience could have been better. Other issue is the waiting time for elevators.
Great hotel in the heart of Vancouver

The customer service in this hotel is top notch, from the check in to the wait staff in the restaurant and bar to the bellmen. You can tell they are trained well on the importance of customer service. The Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch, and even though we didn't use the service, they have a rental car counter here also.,
Worst hotel experience ever!

Given our experience, I would not recommend Hyatt Regency Vancouver to anyone.

Hyatt is centrally located is one reason we chose them. Close to Robson street, the museum and close to high end shopping.
Plus the staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathroom is modern and shower is really nice.
We will be staying at Hyatt on our next trip.

The checkin process was smooth and easy, and agents were friendly. I found the room to be quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the square rainfall shower was very relaxing. Even though this room was a connecting room I didn’t hear any noise from the next room. Service at the bar was also excellent and all common areas I found to be very clean. …

Even though this room was a connecting room I didn’t hear any noise from the next room. Service at the bar was also excellent and all common areas I found to be very clean. There is also a Tim Hortons as well as a pharmacy next door for any last minute items. Would absolutely stay here again.
