Hotel is located right downtown Vancouver. Close to everything. Easy walk to restaurants mall etc. Hotel is a suite hotel so rooms have full fridge stove etc. Very convenient. Big rooms. They offer a full hot breakfast but I wouldn’t say it was. Eggs were powdered, would never eat and they had no potatoes. But if you are ok with the typical… Read more

They offer a full hot breakfast but I wouldn’t say it was. Eggs were powdered, would never eat and they had no potatoes. But if you are ok with the typical breakfast, which is at the majority of free breakfast hotels, then you would love it. Rate was reasonable. Parking is $26 per night plus taxes and fees. That is decent for downtown Vancouver. However the parkade is a nightmare. Small spots as usual and guests can’t just go in and park you need to drive around a bit until you get to guest parking. You need your room card to go anywhere In hotel. To get in and to leave the gym you need it. Gym is bad. Dirty small and smelled. I wouldn’t stay here more than a couple day’s if you want a gym. Main reason I probably won’t stay here for work again. No upgrades for platinum but I didn’t care as my room was good. No green choice. Read less

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this hotel last week. The staff is absolutely incredible. The front desk staff were so helpful, recommending great places to eat etc. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The Veggie Crumble is really yummy. My only complaint is all of the single use plastics. I wish they would use less at breakfast and… Read more

I stayed up on 19th floor and had an awesome view of the city including facing the sunrise. Location is downtown and an easy walk to the metro station from the airport. Also very close to lots of restaurants and not far from seawall walk. Price for downtown was about $140US. Worth it to me. I didn't use the kitchen but everything you could need was accounted for. Great stay per usual. Read less

Booked this due to the reviews and locations. Great location and I walked everywhere during my stay. Restaurants, bars, and shops all within 30 minutes or less. Very safe area. Room was spacious and Wifi was fine. There's construction right across the street, so definitely an eyesore and it will probably be going on for quite awhile. I usually… Read more

I usually love a view during any hotel stay, but I was under the weather so it didn't bother me this time. Basic continental breakfast, so a little something for everyone. Very nice staff and stay overall. Read less
