We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were so awesome and always attentive. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch. The best part was that we could bring our 2 pups and the pet rooms were well kept.

This is an older property out of the way from the center of town. The beds are comfortable and the rooms resemble more of a ski lodge (common for the area). This is an older property out of the way from the center of town. The beds are comfortable and the rooms resemble more of a ski lodge (common for the area). They do have shuttles that run every 30 mins but may not be practical in the winter when it gets really cold. I would bring my own toiletries and bathroom if I was to stay here again. For a 4 star place, I would expect to be able to not get a ratty bathrobe and soap that barely lathers. There are cheaper places with better guest services. Pros: allows pets, mini-kitchens (fridge, stove, microwave with some basic cookware), good pool (even though needs a bit of cleaning), and the hot tub was nice. Comfortable lounge. Cons: have to pay for parking cause it is so far, facilities are dated and need updating. Baseboard heaters do not work well, and gas was shut off at night. First night was very cold (they turned on the gas the next day after I called the front desk) Check out is early at 10 am. Rude front desk staff (day staff not night crew) Advertising online was deceptive. Does not recommend. Read less

We stayed in a one bedroom suite during shoulder season. Even though it was during a quieter time and during a pandemic, the hotel staff made sure our stay was memorable. Daily tours are made complimentary to the guests and we were honoured to be the first group for our guide, Georgia. She did a terrific job and made sure we left knowing much more about Whistler’s history. She even gave our son a stuffed animal as a gesture of kindness! The manager on duty was also very helpful as were the front desk staff. You can tell they like what they do and have a passion for customer service. Being the only ski in/out hotel in Whistler, why wouldn’t you want to stay here? Oh, and there’s a heated pool with two hot tubs. What more could you ask for? Read less

Stayed in a studio suite, nicely equipped with a comfy queen bed and a decent sofa bed - good for us two friends! In ski season could ski down Blackcomb and right on to hotel property! Used the pool and both hot tubs every day. Everything was clean, cosy and nicely decorated. Becuase of COVID there was no house-keeping during the stay but anything we needed was delivered quickly. Would definitely stay again. Read less

This hotel hides behind doing the minimum stipulated by BCHA Tourism & Hospitality Best Practices Guidelines for Accommodation. While this sounds sufficient, what is quite clearly missing when entering the establishment is any type of policing to ensure guests follow appropriate social distancing best practices. I was booked for a 3 night stay with my family and within about an hour of check-in, I was forced to check out due to my personal concerns for my family's safety. While the hotel has posted signage encouraging social distancing, there is no real policing of these policies. The hotel's stance is that they expect guests to be responsible. The failure here was never more clear than regarding elevator use. We experienced multiple situations where unrelated parties were crowding into an elevator together. No masks were worn by patrons in these cases (or anywhere on the premises). Why is it appropriate for the hotel to step in and enforce noise policies but not so for health. I was not comfortable having my young children in that environment. I checked out of the establishment and asked that my monies be refunded. I was refunded 1 of 3 nights on my booking. Sad that in times of a pandemic they would not respect my concerns enough to issue a full refund. Read less
